The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I took my son and his friend up to get away from the city and their computers. They had fun at the pool and I enjoyed sitting in the reading/board game space I found.

The staff was so friendly and they even had a front desk dog which we loved. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was hot 24/7. The pool was pretty warm, we loved it. The room was very clean and well maintained. Zero complaints. We'll definitely be back. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Location to all North Conway offers in dining and shopping. Toilet very low to ground, Used old furniture. My special requests before arriving were confirmed and upon arrival none were available. Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. Only a sheet and blanket on the bed - no coverlet, comforter or anything like that.

I liked the number of different restaurants. Great shopping.
I liked the number of different restaurants. Great shopping. Easy to navigate the area. The Lobster Trap was the BEST! We would have eaten there the last two days of our stay but they were closed! So sad!!

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt.
The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Especially when compared to the self drive. The driver, Kevin, was courteous, very informative, & extremely pleasant.
Classic manor house on a wonderful property with well manicured grounds and pool area. Well appointed and maintained main house for the salon and dining areas, though the rooms in the adjacent wing had comfortable beds but a bit dated. The staff was cordial and attentive. About a mile from the center of North Conway on the main road, yet off into the woods and away from the road noise. Stay included plated dinner and breakfast in the tented patio area which was very good and made the stay very affordable.
Kearsarge Inn is in the heart of North Conway, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Conway Scenic Railroad. The room was comfy, spacious, had a private bathroom, coffee maker and a small refrigerator. There was a gas stove and and air conditioner, so we could control the room temperature. The staff was very accommodating since we arrived after hours, plus they let us stay parked there after we checked out while we road the train. We'd love to stay there again if we travel to New Hampshire again.
Traditional Bed & Breakfast with brilliant welcoming hosts Nellie and Leon and a feeling of being completely welcome. Homely feel and really comfortable room (we were in The Radcliffe room). Interesting memorabilia throughout and outstanding breakfasts. Only minor issue in North Conway was the availability of local restaurants, completely out of the control of Spruce Moose and, apparently, attributed to staff shortages. I cannot recommend this accommodation more highly.
The whole hotel was immaculate!! Very clean, staff were very friendly. Loved the face they had free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby!! The rooms were stocked with anything and everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Best hotel shower I’ve ever used honestly!! Plenty of room for 4 adults (and honestly 1-2 more if need be). perfect location, close to everything in North Conway!! Will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!
Ours was a two-night stay during our visit to see the White Mountains. The location was easy to find and convenient, being on the main thoroughfare through North Conway. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, steering us to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was great, offering a good choice of foods to satisfy all our family.
The location is very convenient to all attractions in the area. The communication with the hotel was smooth and responsive. The room had a newly remodeled bathroom, cheery fresh paint, curtains and bedspreads. The bathroom sink, toilet, and shower were very clean. The bed linens were crisp and fresh. The bed was comfy and the pillows fluffy.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn in August. Our room was spacious with double bed and sofa. The small kitchen area with sink fridge and microwave was great to have. Our children loved the water park. Hotel is well positioned in close proximity to many North Conway attractions as well as shopping. Staff was attentive and helpful.
It's a very nice hotel following the bed and breakfast style. We were in a Family Room that was very convenient for our family. Breakfast was excellent, it was not a buffet but everything was prepared as you choose from a menu. Service was very good, the only cons we found were the early check-out and that the bad-tub was out of service.
Very clean, modern and great location. Check-in and Check-out was smooth and easy! The owner even had some s’mores and firewood to build a fire and enjoy the open doors. It was one of the best stays we had experienced in North Conway, we can’t wait to come back and stay in Starlight Lodge again!
. Perfectly located hotel in North Conway. Lovely town, full of restaurants and, having an excellent outlet. We really liked the quick check in, the excellent cookies by the front desk, the excellent pool. The rooms were large and very clean. Felt more than a 3 star hotel.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The location was fantastic - at the base of Cranmore Mountain and walking distance to North Conway Village. Kids loved the huge bed, fireplace in the room and learning why we always say "rewind" when it's no longer applicable :).
Breakfast was very disappointing... lots of choice and looks great. Taste on the other hand is awful... have had breakfast in many chain hotels and this was one of the worst tasting eggs, sausage, biscuit sandwich and that thing with egs cheese on a bread.....
Conveniently located in North Conway, and helpful staff at all hours, even with stuff like forgetting toothpaste. It felt like the room was worth more than we paid. The common areas and front desk area of the Inn were so welcoming.
The location is great. It’s only a 5 minute drive into downtown North Conway. The room was well appointed and modern. It was a pleasant surprise after seeing the exterior of the building.
The room was spacious and we had a view to the river which meant we were not on the road side of the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful.
