The staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was large, also it was well stocked and clean. The man in charger of the breakfast area was constantly restocking items and assisting guests and the receptionists was very nice and happy to answer any questions and fulfill any requests that we had. Everyone employed by the hotel appeared friendly and hard-working.

Used Las Vegas as the launching point of our Grand Canyon trip. A bit far from the Grand Canyon (about a 4.5 hour drive) but probably the most convenient and flexible place to fly into for such a trip. Also, very close for a Hoover Dam Visit. Didn't really spend much time in Las Vegas.

Everything is super expensive now!
Everything is super expensive now! Employees at Harry Reid airport are pretty rude and not patient with people.
Escalators all over town were not working, timeshare, monks, showgirls, etc. constantly harassing people. Not enough signage/information for the monorail.
Aside from all of this, if you are prepared for the costs, it is a phenomenal place to visit!!!

I live 50 miles outside of Las Vegas and travel into the city for a hotel connection to and from the airport. As such I see it as a local would. Las Vegas is a great town to vacation in as well as a connecting travel hub to anywhere in the beautiful Southern Nevada area. Visitors, please schedule adequate time to visit and recreate in our eye popping beautiful Red Rock Natural Conservation Area and the VERY nearby and easily accessible Mt. Charleston for year round fun. Drive a little to see huge Ponderosa and Bristlecone pine trees, hiking, picnic spots, camping, a ski resort, and wild horses grazing in Lee Meadows!

- Sphere is MUST DO!
- Sphere is MUST DO! Amazing is not enough to describe this experience.
- The Strip street - wow so much energy and life, music everywhere, I felt so much alive and with positive vibes
- fountains at Bellagio- I was amazed, sooo beautiful, you can’t miss the show (every 30 minutes)
- Cezar’s palace casino, so posh and cozy, if you want to play - this is your place
- Las Vegas sign- take a photo there it’s worth it
Wonderfully clean rooms, LOVED the laundry in our own private suite! Loved the kitchen, great utensils, it was so nice to be able to cook for the family while we were in Las Vegas! The pool and hottub were spectacular and were open late, which was wonderful - so many pools on the strip have 6pm closing times! We stayed twice at this hotel, had different rooms each time, but both rooms had a little private balcony, and that was fantastic as well. There are tons of food stores close by (by car) and it looks like coffee shops nearby as well.
Great size room, had a lovely view towards the pools. Really friendly staff. We could check in earlier for a reasonably decent upgrade fee. Lots of check in desks available. The hotel has everything you need: large casino, shows, bard and restaurants, bridge access to New York New York and Luxor, shops etc. Loved the buffet restaurant for brunch, open until 2pm, and the cost was $31 per person (as of March 2024, probably the cheapest of all main hotels on The Strip but also definitely not the poshest). Easy check-out.
March 27 2024 morning I was so excited to checking with my family at this hotel .. the Receptionist was a
Asian lady her Name is Y###M# …i don't know why she was soo Rude and impatient..because the Hotel isalittle far from check in lobby, and the font on the map was so tiny。she was so rude and fast just point the spot on the map with contempt look..i was so upset my family flew long time to las vegas..that wasn't a very pleasant experience for them ..too bad
we can't wait to leave this hotel..really not friendly
Even though this hotel was on the strip, in the middle of Las Vegas, it was not "Vegasy" but just a great resort to bring a family with young kids. No casino, no smoking throughout the property, and the guests were very tame! The room was awesome, and having the kitchen was SO helpful! The pool had plenty of chairs, so we did not feel crowded, and they offered complimentary water, which is just a nice touch. My entire family had a great time.
this is my place of choice when in Las Vegas. the staff are great, very helpful and very friendly. the location on Fremont Street cannot be beat, the restaurants inside the hotel casino are very good. The hotel does not have resort fees, and parking while staying at the hotel is complimentary.
unlike the huge hotels on the strip, everything you would need is within a 5 minute walk.
Hotel is great for family vacation as it’s not in the middle of the busy part on the strip .
At the same time it’s walking distance to all other interesting venues. It’s great for exploring Las Vegas but not for gambling and partying as there is no casino what suited us as a family
Pool is decent and service very professional.
The room is completely equipped with all the things that you need for a nice stay. Cleaness it was super ok, as well as the location of the hotel (at first we planned to rent a car, but if you move with Uber it will be cheaper and you can enjoy more safely of Las Vegas. By car you are in 5-7 min in the heart of Las Vegas).
Good value for the cost. This spot is a great option for families that are trying to find something to accommodate everyone. The hotel beach is the best pool on the strip. Lots of restaurants options. Several are on the pricey side. However, there’s a food court in the the hotel with cheaper options like Subway.
If you like funky, gritty, vulgar downtown Las Vegas, then this place is a great choice. Circa is the best hotel in the downtown area by far. But if you prefer The Strip, then this place is not your preference. I like the earthy real world atmosphere downtown much more than the Strip which is super phony.
Very good choice for Las Vegas when u come by car or plane and don't need to stay on the strip. Close to the strip somehow. Free parking. Easy travel with the bus to a lot of stops on the strip and back. Just 10 min. walk from the hotel to the South Strip Bus Terminal. Bus ticket per person 8 usd a day.
The hotel is located right on the strip, close to many other landmark hotels in Las Vegas. The room was large and clean, with a decent view—we didn't pay for rooms on the strip side, so it's okay. Probably we should have stayed more at this hotel during our trip.
The location is at the northern part of the strip and easy access to the monorail and downtown Las Vegas. The rooms were very nice and unique. The hotel staff is pleasant and friendly and the grounds are very clean. It is an overall great value.
We loved our 2 meals at Gold Miner cafe. We had the best service. Our room was wonderful; very clean, spacious and very quiet. We were in Las Vegas to see U2 at the new Sphere and this hotel is the perfect location to easily walk. We LOVED it.
Very cheap stay - probably the cheapest hotel on the strip. Room was clean. It was a cheap stay on the strip and good enough just to sleep at night - we weren't in the hotel that much anyways.
Great deal for one of the most luxurious hotels in Las Vegas. Since we stayed in the cheapest room, we didn't get to see the great view from the room but still, it was fun.
Lovely big room which was very comfortable. Very different feel to the huge mega hotels on the strip. The low blocks and nice gardens felt more like Europe than Las Vegas.
Large hotel with cassino, no cheap breakfast options (breafast buffet was closed). The best thing was the price, even though it did not include parking.
