We were caught in an emergency only road use situation.
We were caught in an emergency only road use situation. Was happy to get a reasonable rate. I'm elderly...traveling with my son. The lady registering us put us in a room with 2 queen beds & on the 1st floor.
The beds were comfortable. Street noises weren't bad.
The free coffee was fresh & plentiful.

We were there in July, so college students were not there and the town was pretty quiet. There are a lot of shops, bars and places to eat and it has a nice vibe. We are planning a trip back when school is in session to see what it’s like.

The town of Missoula is very nice.
The town of Missoula is very nice. The people are super friendly!
The reason we travelled to Missoula was for a concert at the Kettle house Amphitheater which was an easy drive from the hotel.
We briefly visited the downtown area of Missoula and would definitely go back on another visit.
It was easy to get around Missoula.
We enjoyed Freddy’s Hamburger - excellent spot !
My brother's cancer advanced while we were in Missoula and staying at this hotel. Hospice nursing requested to bring some supplies into the room and instead the hotel told us that they could no longer accommodate us and refused to renew the room. They didn't even bother to tell us until an hour before check out- I had to arranged for emergency medical transport to take him to a hotel that actually respected cancer patients and treated them with dignity. This hotel should be ashamed - I will NEVER stay with this chain again.,
Nice comfortable room. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was good, staff was great in dining room.
Nice path and creek area to walk pups, poo bags and dump station provided.
Met our grandchildren in Missoula for a Hockey tournament.
FYI: (Pet friendly, but a Non refundable pet fee).
The location is ideal for a visit to Missoula. The university is just across the river on a footbridge, and the downtown restaurants and cafes are about a 5-10 minute walk. The room is cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal for a college kid and his friend.
I was impressed, for some reason all the 4-5 star hotels were booked up, I then go into booking.com & seen the 4 star & rate . I immediately booked the room, when my family & I arrived, we loved it, my husband loved the valet parking service. I give 10 stars to this hotel.
We live in the Bitterroot Valley, and when we have a really early flight out of Missoula, we prefer to stay the night at your lodge. The convenience of having the shuttle service to the airport and parking while we're on our trip is so very nice, especially in the winter.
Great location. Good for walking around downtown Missoula. This was my first Covid motel stay so I appreciated having the door open to the parking area so there were no interior hallways and therefore no encountering people.
At check in the front desk answered all my questions and were prudent and timely getting me into a room. The hotel staff, cleaning staff were very polite and professional in their duties. And…. The price was affordable.
Location will be better when the overpass over the railroad is finished. It seems the walk to downtown Missoula will be much shorter. The location was great, though. The noise of the trains did not really bother us.
Outside the hotel looks very up scale and clean, we love that our dog could come. Salt water cool IDEA was awesome and the thought of a workout area was a nice IDEA!!! The coffee was good 👍 HOT!
Nice hotel with good facilities and comfortable rooms.
Fantastic service! We especially want to thank Mary-joe for going out of her way to accommodate us. Great help!
