Breakfast was very good. This was a one time stay as we were attending our granddaughter's college graduation, but we have been very happy with other Country Inn locations, so looked to do that while in Mankato.

The room was great!! Bed was comfy!! Every thing nice and clean!!
The rooms are overpriced for what you get. Location is the key to $. Stay at a less expensive nice place and Uber. Our family came for the weekend expecting to use the pool area in between sports events. The pool was out of order. We were told we would get a discounted rate and that didn’t happen. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, the complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty and the water temperature was luke warm.

Be careful booking this place.
Be careful booking this place. They will put credit holds on your cards that cause more issues than you will want.
The Air conditioning in hallways, elevator, and the wedding areas were so hot, multiple guest issues.... Rooms are poorly cleaned, fans in rooms didn't work, carpet stand and burns. Wallpaper by elevator all torn up.
No ice machines working on any floor.
The worst place to stay. Breakfast was the minimum barely edible, rooms UNCEAN, outdated and smelt...
Broken entry tiles and a very rude staff...
They charged us a deposit of 20$, then another for 155.89 and then again the next day. Another 20$, 166., And another 154. All after our room was fully paid for at check in.....

Shouldn't have the name Hilton on it.
Shouldn't have the name Hilton on it. No water softener, bed uncomfortable bed, one elevator not working wait times too long. The price was same as downtown Nashville and Mankato is absolute dump. Parking is terrible guests are second to city trucks that take up all the prime spots at hotel entrance.

Hadn't been back to Mankato since Late 1996.
Hadn't been back to Mankato since Late 1996. Woulda loved to have stayed another night but we had to get back home. True where we lived I'd rather forget. But Mankato proper I loved. And unlike some cities I can still recognize it :) I tend to love MN . Duluth is okay New Ulm, Lewiston (small) much of southern MN East to West..

We took in the Buddy Holly show at the Kato Ballroom.
We took in the Buddy Holly show at the Kato Ballroom. It was a wonderful event. I recommend it. The food was "ok" but the performance was exceptional and for the ticket price of $40 per person...we felt it was a great value for an evening of entertainment.

Mankato is mid-way between our home town and the Twin Cities...
Mankato is mid-way between our home town and the Twin Cities - easy location for an overnight stay. We enjoy shopping opportunities for food and clothing. Minneopa Falls just outside of Mankato is a good place to take a walk and the drive-through nature center nearby (where bison roam freely) is very enjoyable.
The motel was clean inside and outside, even with accepting dogs it smelled fresh and clean. It is a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable including the bathrooms. The tvs have an awesome variety of channels for all ages. The beds are big and comfy. Definitely recommend this hotel above the other hotels in the area.
The bed was actually very comfortable, huge plus for a hotel stay. Breakfast had a lot of options, basic food but it was good, lots of seating & tables. The pool area was spacious, lots of sitting room, pool & hot tub were spacious enough for plenty of kids. Consession area had plenty of options. Staff was very friendly!
We went for our anniversary because we wanted a room with a jacuzzi. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable and in good repair. For breakfast, there was sausage, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, English muffins and pancakes. I like that there was coffee in the lobby all day long.
Breakfast was good. The women that set up breakfast was very friendly, worked hard and fast. She even helped me get all my kids served! The hotel is new and looks nice. The beds are comfortable. The house keepers told us several times to let them know if we needed anything.
The room was very clean and an excellent size. The furnishings in the room were tasteful and the bed was comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was good quality - better than the rubbish machine coffee we've had to endure in the other hotels during this trip.
everything, mobility accessible room, breakfast especially the eggs. I usually don’t like hotel scrambled eggs but these were tasty and so fluffy. many restaurants in area for your other meals. Friendly staff.
Clean, modern hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly, efficient check in. Didn't know a lot about Mankato, but it turned out to be a large, interesting town with good walks and restaurants.
The location was wonderful. It's near a ton of stuff and its an adorable little place. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and are already planning another trip to Mankato so we can stay again.
