We were only there 2 nights this time, but were able to visit some of our favorite places. Vierling & Lagniappe for dinner, Black Rocks & Ore Dock breweries for awesome brews & live music, hike to Top of the World with friends, shopping at Getz's. So many things to do, so little time!

The staff at the Ramada of Marquette were awesome.
The staff at the Ramada of Marquette were awesome. The rooms were clean. The facilities were in great working order. The price of a room is very competitive if not better than the surrounding hotels/inns. Best part, the Ramada sits right in the middle of downtown Marquette. You're in walking distance to everything. I will be staying there again next year October 2024.

I enjoy Marquette. It has much to offer a traveler.
I enjoy Marquette. It has much to offer a traveler.
My issue was the cost of my room vs the reason for my trip. When you travel just to check someone’s health paying $460. 00 for two nights for a senior is a bit excessive.

Third Street Bagel was amazing!
Third Street Bagel was amazing! Also, Jilbert's Ice Cream is a must-have! Would loved to have spent some time along the lake or wandering the parks, but Marquette was just a one-night stop-over on the way to our final destination.

an exceptional very large park and beach and walking trail...
an exceptional very large park and beach and walking trail along Lake Superior with many icnic areas. herd of rare albino deer wandering free.
several excellent restaurants downtown wiith water views
The rooms have sliding glass doors, chairs in front of each room for outdoor sitting, a large area with tables and grill and grass available for guests. The gal who checked us in was very friendly and helpful with maps and advice about Marquette. The rooms are remodeled and very cute, with still a bit of old style flavor, yet very clean. They were pet friendly and only charged $10 for both of our small dogs.
The staff was very pleasant and personable. The room was very nice and clean and pet-friendly. The Iron Ore Heritage Trail is right behind this hotel so we were able to take our dog out and utilized the trail ourselves. And the downtown area is within walking distance. We had a very nice stay!
The front desk was excellent, one of the best in Marquette. The guest website was an awesome surprise that all lodging should be doing. The chromecast was another brilliant touch. Oh! The hotel smelled GREAT that touch reminded me of The W in NYC.
Great location and fantastic hotel. I will Continue to stay here when returning to Marquette but I really think they should start housekeeping services and ice on all floors. Most places are lifting Covid restrictions since it’s been two years now.
The hotel was nice and fit our needs. The breakfast was okay- there was hot food, so that was nice. The rooms were just the right size. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. There was a table, couch, and an additional couch/bench.
Outstanding value. Great breakfast every morning. Social hour Monday thru Wednesday was a bonus. Bike trail was next to the hotel. Staybridge suites are our new go to chain after fantastic stays in Denver and Marquette!
The location is great. The staff is AWESOME. Rooms are clean. The price is very competitive with other hotels in the area. I always recommend Ramamda of Marquette to friends traveling up to MIchigan's UP.
A very modern room in a very old and beautiful hotel. The restaurant was also very good. The hotel is located very near downtown but easy to get to and with ample free parking.
We have stayed here over the years when we come up every two years. Our first experiences were great. Convenient location and a more UP feel than the other chain hotels.
Bed was very comfortable. Hotel desk employee gave us a wonderful recommendation for a Mexican restaurant. Room was spacious and we liked the color scheme.
