They had major issue with card entry to some rooms. Ours was one. However, staff was very attentive and responded immediately when we reentered our room. It made this situation almost a non issue.

It was very clean! we were the only ones in the tiny houses so it was quiet! very cozy as well! I also loved how there was a market across the street and how close it was to every where we wanted to go to!
Grand Haven is a beautiful beach town. We enjoyed, shopping in town and at the farmer’s market. The people were friendly. I would like to come back in warmer months to experience live music on the water. We stayed near the harbor. It was a great location for taking walks along the water to the lighthouse. We enjoyed the pizza at Fricano’s.

We needed a place as a layover on the drive home from a wedding in Indiana, and, wanted to check out Grand Haven and this hotel as a place to meet up with family members. We walked around the city/waterfront in the morning. Very quiet this time of year. Glad we went.

Grand Haven has a lot to offer for anyone visiting.
Grand Haven has a lot to offer for anyone visiting. The beaches, pier, downtown shopping, and the light show on the channel. What is needed, is biking trails. It is impossible to bike around Grand Haven, the town.

We liked the social area downtown that was closed to traffic. We liked the choice of shopping, eateries, and specialty shops. The harbor walk is great with the beautiful yachts at moorings. The pier walk at dusk is so special.
The clear, cool water and sandy bottom of Lake Michigan was a perfect juxtaposition to the warm sunshine and calm breeze of the day.

I love being in Grand Haven .
I love being in Grand Haven . I would really love to move here but when your in a wheelchair and on Disability it’s hard to find apartments or any type of housing for us that are based on income. There our a lot of homeless people here and living in cheap motels. It very hard .
Breakfast was fine if you are not expecting much. Yogurt, prepackaged bagels, hostess danishes, cereal and a waffle maker available. The pool and hot tub were good but the chlorine was a bit much after awhile. It bothered my son’s eyes, which is why I chose this hotel because it had a pool and he enjoys swimming. Bit of a bummer. Room was nice.
In the heart of grand haven—shoos and restaurants were walking distance and boardwalk was right out our door. Loved sitting on screened porch for coffee and wine. Room was spacious and comfortable.
This was a very comfortable hotel with good rooms. The breakfast had freshly cooked pastries and cakes. There was a comfortable lounge and the hotel was close to the centre of Grand Haven.
We had an excellent 3 days at Harbor House Inn! The do a great job keeping everyone safe and the place is very clean! I love the screened in front porch overlooking the water.
Bookes 2 rooms for the family, they did eventually find adjoining rooms. Pleasant hotel with good breakfast. Wonderful smimming pool, good parking. Beach 1.5 miles away.
