Short walk from the train station but in the opposite direction of main points of interest in town. The variety of food offerings for breakfast was outstanding, but I’d make a point of getting there when they first put it out. They had a good system for leaving my bags after checkout until the evening, requiring you to show ID upon retrieving them.

Very clean, close to where we needed to go. Easy to access and felt good to know the owner was right next door. Came for a dance competition and the price for this house vs nearby hotels for the same amount of people was exceptional value and truly no less convenient.

Naomi's owner is a wonderful lady and the house is lovely, with a Victorian aspect and amazingly pretty period-themed rooms. The decor is very creative and homey, with codes for privacy and security to open the outer and room doors. It was quiet as a mouse when we were there. Plenty of parking out back and there were other patrons parked there. It is a short Lyft ride from downtown Amtrak, but I would stop at the main street's grocery or restaurant first to eat or stock up the small fridge. The Prince Fort cafe is beautiful and historic inside and a few blocks only from Amtrak, with the grocery 2 blocks round the corner. We were in the Louis IV room I believe and it was classic, fairly roomy for a couple, and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is decent and across from the hospital,

Easy city to navigate, Main Street is busy enough without being overwhelming. Casino is absolutely gorgeous and the hotel is full of fun things to do as well as the casino. Loved our stay! Going back! Highly recommend Red Rose Pizzeria which is super close to MGM.

I wouldn't say Springfield is a tourist destination.
I wouldn't say Springfield is a tourist destination. We go to visit family in neighboring cities. The museums and planetarium, Basketball Hall of Fame are all worth visiting. Beautiful to see the changes of the seasons. Northampton, the Berkshires, Connecticut shore are all great day trips...

My stay was for a night and I would stay again but I would recommend that management or housekeeping do a better job cleaning and no one wants to see mildew around the tub, or stain on the door handle and light switch! Visitors come back if the place is pleasing..

Springfield was a good choice for a getaway.
Springfield was a good choice for a getaway. The proximity from the resort to the different museums is great (walking distance). The many choices for restaurants in and out of MGM are great. The food court in MGM has a little something for everyone.
The room was disgusting burn holes all over the sheets , the lamp has some nasty red shit spilled all over it and it definitely wasn't cleaned before renting it out , dust everywhere and also found nasty shut left behind by the last guest inside the drawers . I wouldn't stay here with children ever again. Not a family friendly hotel / motel . Drug addicts jumping in thru windows into the rooms . Pretty scary to witness
The room was filthy & place was fully booked so couldn't change to a different room or hotel- the room smelled like a 3 day Pot Party & was hard to breath in- I had to air it out with door open in April & buy air fresheners & cleaning supplies because I was so disgusted. The staff was overworked with complaining people & my coffee maker was gone, + no cups or coffee anyway- was so very disappointed
The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the Enterprise Car hire office, the Basketball Hall of fame, the MGM and the restaurants in Worthington Street were a short drive. The rooms were comfortable and , although for some it may have been limited, the breakfast did the job first thing in the morning.
Very Disappointing that all restaurantes were closed Monday and Tuesday. I understood that there were some places to eat 24 hours, the fact they were closed due to COVID, was not mentioned, until we arrived. I chose this hotel, precisely because we needed a place where we could eat late as we were there for working purposes.
The location/neighborhood was not good. People hanging around outside asking for entry into the hotel and money, and also people just sitting around by the parking (not guests). Parking wasn’t well lit or secure. Very friendly employees but wouldn’t stay there again due to the area.
Location was fine. I know that this hotel was just taken over from Super 8 and it needs some work. better lighting in the stairways and new carpet on stairs. better mattress. There was no breakfast offered. so with a little work it could be very pleasant
The room was clean and spacious. I liked the secure feeling to where the parking garage is and it being attached to the hotel. It provided a great sense of security that for certain floors, you needed to have key access. Made us feel safe.
Was lovely and clean close to everything we wanted to do on our trip staff was lovely and welcoming very helpful the breakfast was great lots to choose from the local bar and restaurant adjoining to hotel amazing had a great time there
beautiful rooms with an artistic flair but with the technology you would expect in an expensive hotel. everything about our visit was wonderful and we couldn't stop talking about how we were looking forward to visiting again
Breakfast buffet wasn't as good as the individual menu we had last time we stayed 7/18/21. I wish you could have "real eggs" on the buffet and a way to warm the muffins. Love how quiet the hotel is, very responsive staff.
good location, booked only a day ahead so happy we got a room at all, it had what you would expect in a hotel of this category, two beds and a fridge/microwave plus TV, clean, breakfast included
The beds were very comfortable I really loved the breakfast the hotel had and If anyone is ever looking for a hotel when visiting Springfield MA, I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn.
The hotel’s location is very good. The room has great Wi-Fi and good facilities such as a large mini fridge and a working microwave. The price is very reasonable.
