Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the spa tub in the room was amazing! We loved having our own private hot tub to soak in. Breakfast was good. They have 3 different types of waffle makers, eggs, potatoes, and either sausage or bacon, and the usual continental breakfast options like pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. The pool and hot tub are nice, and they have a dry sauna! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!

We loved the area,,,if course, it is in the mountains!!! But the food was to the best from the restaurants...one restaurant came out while we were in line to order and said the kitchen was backed up 1 hour, and ask us to leave....wtf...oh well...went on down to a soup and sandwich place where the food was...meh...and sorta soggy. But then again...we are in Mcall and the area was beautiful.

McCall is a resort town that had beautiful scenery and amenities. However, we don't know if it was the tourists or the locals or both, we found it to be populated with generally rude people. Thanks to Alice and Freddy at the 3rd Ave Inn for breaking the mold.

McCall is a lovely little town.
McCall is a lovely little town. The people we met were friendly and it appears to have a nice selection of shops, cafes, and other features interest to travelers. Our only issues:
1. All but a small handful of downtown shops open before 11 a.m. and this was on a weekday morning. I would think that at least during the town's big, annual event (the Winter Festival), they might feature slightly longer hours.
2. Kudos to the city for running a power sweeper over the sidewalks. However, this basically served to 'polish' the thick coat of ice on them. Virtually everywhere we walked was very slippery. Please try sanding and salting those sidewalks!
3. Despite the map to the sculptures featured in the McCall newspaper, some were hard to find. How about a few real estate-type signs at streetside pointing the way to groups of attractions?

McCall has a lot to offer outdoors and it's beautiful! You must do the canoeing on the lake, the horseback riding, the hiking trails in the national park, and the swimming. The restaurants are delicious and the ice cream place is a required stop. You can even ride the chair to the top of the mountain in the summer for the views or mountain bike down. Thank you McCall, we love to come and play!

Not as much to do and very quiet in off season.
Not as much to do and very quiet in off season. Restaurants & shops are expensive but scenery and views are incredible. Majority of shop owners/employees were really nice and welcoming, though (surprisingly) a few were not. Very easy to get around town. We ate at Cutwater Restaurant for bday celebration and though the food was good, it was very overpriced. We loved the Pancake House and would make that a go to for sure!

I was so impressed with the whole experience in McCall.
I was so impressed with the whole experience in McCall. The town itself is absolutely breathtaking! Between the mountains and the rivers the drive there was beautiful! The lake in the middle of town is just gorgeous! We ate dinner at the miner restaurant. The food was great and the staff were so friendly!! McCall is the perfect place for an extended stay or a quick weekend trip!!
Quaint little inn in McCall, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to a very tastefully remodeled room with the most comfortable bed ever. Facility has free coffee in the office, snack bags with fruit and granola bars, and fire pits with all the makings for S’Mores. A very relaxing stay.
We came to McCall for a family wedding. Our rooms were quiet, clean & comfortable. Our king suite room was large & had a nice sofa sitting area. My elderly parents were in a disability access room next door which was part of the reservation request. Jessica (manager) was very friendly & helpful in ensuring we received the rooms requested.
Very nice to find a clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate at the last minute while on a motorcycling camping trip. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was a nice size and was clean. Included breakfast was a bonus with lots to eat. Hotel was not near to downtown but was only a 5 minute drive.
Amazing Stay! We love this hotel for our Staycations. Perfect size room for family of 5. Parents have sectioned off room and kids have another. The rooms are clean, smell so good, and the beds are comfy. The pool area is nice and clean and it's the kids favorite part!
Rooms are nicely remodeled. Still working on remodel on ground floor. Updated lighting throughout hotel- illuminated hallways nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool had plenty of towels available and hot tub was delightful on such a cold winter afternoon.
The beds were the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. So my stay was all about that. If you can’t sleep in a hotel in your back hurts so bad the next morning you can hardly get up it’s hard to give you any good review
Beautiful townhome, lovely forested setting, great balconies & backyard, plenty of space for our large family/group of 10, very clean & well maintained, close to main street McCall dining & shopping & lake.
We stay here quite a bit. I like being in McCall and they are located right in the middle of McCall. We were staying on Christmas and they called ahead of time to work out keys and arrival times.
The staff was great. There was a young gentleman who was cooking omelets for breakfast, he was funny, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable. The hotel was great. No issues at all!
Location is some way from McCall downtown. There is a very ordinary restaurant (Mill Steak & Spirits) next door with outrageous prices - not the not the hotel's fault, but worthy of note
I liked the helpfulness and excellent customer service. Whenever an issue occurred ( nothing on the hotels end ) they were prompt and rose quickly to help and fix whatever the issue was.
Kearney Cabin was a great, cozy place in a serene setting. Also, the location was perfect with McCall, Brundage, Tamarack, and hot springs all nearby. Would happily stay again for sure.
we had been to and through McCall many times and seen the bungalows but this is the first time to stay. Great location, very clean, cute cabins. We will stay here again.
