Cleanliness is paramount for me. This property satisfies me. Bed comfort is next delivered on both. I did not eat at the restaurants. Staff friendly. You will be required to request a cleaning service, including trash pickup. The train is a joy to ride as well. I would recommend it to a friend.

Friendly staff and cute property with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Super accommodating and easy to find with attractions and places to eat within a 3 to 15 minutes drive depending on which business you chose to visit. It is also about an hours (1hr) drive away from the Grand Canyon. Was a relaxing and fun experience.

Williams is a great little historic town A lot of great eating options and the gateway to the Grand Canyon. The pizza place/brewery is great and the Pine Breakfast Restaurant is amazing. The Route 66 Diner has great service but the food is meh. I wish we had more time to spend in actual Williams and walk around to all of the fun shops!

Williams is a quaint little town but still has plenty to do and great food! Bearizona is always a must and right up the street, and there’s also the coaster and shooting range for fun entertainment. It’s also a great location for many beautiful Poot ions within driving range from the Grand Canyon to Sedona, Jerome, and Flagstaff.

Williams is beautiful and very green even during 25 degree temps. Dress warm! You will do a lot of walking because the traffic is crowded downtown and its quicker to park and walk. We liked how festive the town looked with all holiday lights everywhere. We had good pizza downtown. The buffet dinner in downtown was not impressive cost us $60 for a couple. Not worth it.

Williams is a great iconic route 66 town and a perfect location for your Grand Canyon journey. The town has great places to eat, shopping, gas stations, and a Safeway supermarket for added convenience.
Friendly staff we enjoyed talking to. Priced-right, clean, cozy, comfortable room on Route 66. Great location walking to Safeway, restaurants and stores. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Enjoyed our stay this time and every time we’ve stayed here. Love Williams, AZ! Looking forward to our next visit. Elephant Rocks Golf Course is fabulous, have to go to Bearizona and of course, the Grand Canyon! Enjoy all this lovely area has to offer. 😊
The Lodge on Route 66 is a nice, comfortable and cute hotel just one hour away from the Grand Canyon National Park. The rooms are very well decorated and beds are super comfy, with all the amenities you may need. Nice to have breakfast included in the room price with a great selection of continental and hot food. It’s perfect located at the heart of Williams, close to restaurants and shops. Definitely recommended.
I want to file a complaint about this facility no refrigerator no dresser or chest of drawers no coffee maker the bed was uncomfortable the staff was okay but the coffee area had one pot of coffee that kept running out. I have moved to the Super 8 in Williams AZ for the first time in my life I would give this hotel a one-star rating I want to discuss a refund of my funds or I will drop Priceline
Wonderful experience at the Grand Canyon Hotel. It was so great to stay in a historical building that captured all of the charm and history of long ago. The owner was so nice and caring, and I really appreciated all the thought that went into the hotel to make it a nice stay. If I am ever in Northern Arizona, I am 100% staying here again!
Excellent location and value for money. Williams presents plenty of options for food up to 9pm and it's just 1h away from the Grand Canyon Visitor centre. Good facilities for the price, and simple but nice breakfast (paper plates). First accomodation in the US where I didn't have to duck to wash my hair (I'm 6"2).
The studio is on a great location- approximately one hour from South rim of the Grand Canyon and nearby restaurants, shops on the cute little town of Williams. Kim (owner) was an exceptional host, she answered questions promptly and was in communication to assure we had an wonderful stay.
Williams is the most charming little city. Loved it! The hotel is very quiet and clean. Staff is very helpful and polite! The indoor pool was a bonus for the kids! Breakfast is ok. Not amazing but good enough and plenty of food! Recommended for a Grand Canyon visit!
Great location in the center of Williams, historical city located on Route 66. There was very friendly staff and cleaning lady. Price was not high, and what's important heating was in the room (-2 celsius degrees during the night during our stay)
The location of the hotel was good, about one hour from the Grand Canyon and very close to restaurants and shops in Williams. Breakfast was simple, but handy when leaving early in the morning. Beds were very comfortable.
We traveled to visit the Grand Canyon via the Grand Canyon Railway from Williams, Az. Naturally we chose the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel and we were so glad we did. it was perfect in every way.
Well we stayed in Williams to travel to thr Grand Canyon National Park. The location of the hotel. They provide complimentary coffee and hot chocolate which is great after a cold day.
It’s great location, just 5 min from center of Williams. Perfect if you are traveling with kids and pet. Much better than hotel. RV has everything we needed. We will be back!
