Very nice place to visit If I had more time I would probably be a little bit more adventurous but when it’s business, I pretty much stay close to the room or whenever I’m doing business I’m at the facility.

Lot's of sightseeing around Flagstaff...such as the Sunset Crater Volcano...pretty cool to see the lava streams. The Meteor crater is also worth exploring and lots more such as Grand Canyon. If you like hiking I'd recoommend to buy an annual NATIONAL PARK PASS for ony $80.-...considering Grand Canyon is $35.- entry and other parks are about $25.- you get your money back in a couple of days.

The location of the hotel was ok.
The location of the hotel was ok. Would I book it again, probably no. We’ve arrived a bit late and the dinner plus drinks didn’t meet the criteria of the charges. Therefore, sit by the fire pit, but bring your own food and drinks because the restaurant inside will absolutely rip you off. Hotel itself had pretty friendly and helpful staff.

On Interstate 40, high in the mountains, cool in summer, skying in winter, good college, all the amenities of a city. One the way to Grand Canyon, great place to stop and make sure you have everything you need.

Flagstaff is a nice place to visit, but being a university town, and the Snow Bowl attraction, causes it to be very expensive. Housing, lodging are comparatively over priced compared to out lying areas.

Unless I was just in a bad part due to where I needed to be for my bus to Albuquerque, it’s basically an industrial town with not much to do. It’s like a massive truck stop. Definitely not worth visiting.
Rooms and linens were clean and in good repair. Really enjoyed having decent in-room coffee for a change, it's Wolfgang Puck brand and it tastes soooo much better than the cheap crap we usually get at other hotels. Good location in Flagstaff, close to freeway access, and close to shopping and restaurants as well. We did not utilize the spa, but it looked nice and inviting. View from room was also good. Price was decent and noise levels were bearable.
I've stayed in your hotel numerous times. I'm a senior female traveling alone. I make 3or 4 trips to Flagstaff yearly for shopping etc. I have always been happy with the accomadations. I asked for a ground floor room near the main entrance and they had it ready for me. I ordered dinner from the pizza place next door, very convenient. I'm sure I will continue to stay here on my future trips, the location is perfect, away from the busy town center.
This property truly lives up to its name. It is a Flagstaff Retreat in every way. Luxuriously appointed and immculate. Better than a five star hotel with all the comforts of home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Owners are fabulous as well helping me figure out very modern thermostat on first day. What an experience. Was hard to get my wife to leave the house. Worth every penny.
Everything about this facility exceeded my expectations…best in Flagstaff…we spent over a week traveling …staying at 5 different hotels over our travels and this one by far eclipsed all others both esthetically and in comfort…we frequently stay at the Salt Lake City Little America but have never stayed at this one before …so glad we did… will be our go to place when we visit Flagstaff from now on
I visit frequently in Flagstaff as I had a student at NAU. The Hotel is very close to the University and They allow pets with a fee which is amazing. The hotel is clean. It seems that the beds in our room had been replaced since our last stay? They seemed more comfortable than in recent stays. Thank you. The Patio rooms are great for travelers with Pets and disabled family members.
Great place to stay, not terribly far from Sedona and in what seemed like a safe area of Flagstaff. Everything was very comfortable, rooms are relatively small but very cozy and clean. Breakfast was on par with any other hotel and their rates per night are very fair compared to surrounding hotels (in my opinion). Would 10/AP recommend, thanks Sleep Inn!
Enjoyed good selection of restaurants, bars, music, historical hotel in the center of old-town Flagstaff. Friendly staff and people around town. Closeness to Observatory and Beautiful Historical Catholic Church. I would like to have taken more time to visit local establishments--which I will do during the next visit.
- location right besides Route 66; 1 mile (walking distance) to Flagstaff downtown; close to Sedona and national parks but less pricy
- bright and spacious room with comfy beds
- friend and helpful staff (e.g., directions to downtown, breaking bad filming locations)
Excellent value if you have reasonable expectations. The rooms was clean and the beds comfortable. I think they were in the process of replacing all the ends in the hotel. Reasonable walking distance to downtown and many shops, services, & restaurants in the area.
Comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. Fridge and microwave in room. Laundry onsite and you can get quarters from reception. Unlike most Flagstaff hotels this isn't across from the railway line so the train noise was pretty minimal - I slept very well.
David is a very nice host that makes you feel completely at home, it's a complete house with all the things you need in it. The location is perfect for a lot of famous landmarks, Flagstaff itself is 15 minutes away and the quietness is divine.
After reading all the poor reviews, I was expecting to be disappointed, but the room was fine and everything was in working order. The large television was really nice. The hotel is very convenient to the downtown area of Flagstaff.
We always choose this hotel when we travel through Flagstaff. The service is great! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast was delicious too.
The hotel is conveniently located in Flagstaff. The room was clean and everthing fairly new. The receptionist was very nice and I think for the price it was a decent hotel.
Probably my favourite hotel of my holiday. Great room. Great restaurant and bar next door. Bed comfortable. Heated pool and spa were an added bonus on a cold afternoon
Love the location, look, cleanliness, and staff of this hotel. This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here on our travels through Flagstaff.
