The fireplace was magical, the view from the balcony was great. The house was also very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Oh and WiFi was fast. And the house is close to an ecotrail nearby. No disadvantages at all! Apart from that, the host left some tasty treats for us :) We will definitely come back, this is one of the best places we've stayed in BulgariaAnnaBulgaria

The young lady in the gift shop was lovely. All the staff we're extremely polite. The food, plenty of choice and tasted yummy, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. We also had a massage which was exceptional, the lady was fabulous (highly recommend). Overall great 👍 oh and plenty of parking available.Deborah MackayBulgaria

It was cold outside but the hotel had central heating which was on, and it was so warm in the rooms. Near to hotel you can find good restaurants to eat delicious Rhodhopi meal. It was our first trip with our doggy, and we like it.

We had a parking next to the hotel and we could also use the restaurant at the hotel as a dining place even though it was closed (as far as we have stuff for cooking / eating). The room was large and clean so no complaints.
