It was a surprising place. As a Heritage house, it mixes the old wooden houses style, with modern facilities as the bathroom. For the kids it was a really new and fun experience. The location if great, an "oasis" in the middle of the norwegian mountains. The owner was very helpful: as we got late for dinner or restaurants nearby, he explained where we could buy some goods, and let us use by our the kitchen and diningroom.

Great location next to a lovely river with lots of hiking options all around. The tents were very comfortable and spacious. It was quite cold outside but there were more than enough blankets for a warm night. Waking up to the sound of flowing water and sheep in the distance is a wonderful experience. The host was extremely kind and served a great breakfast in the morning.

Very comfy cabin in beautiful and most peaceful surroundings, with the river flowing nearby. Our host is a charming gentleman with whom it is a pleasure to chat. A highlight in our roadtrip to Norway. We wish we had planned to stay longer.
