I would love to go back and experience other seasons.
I would love to go back and experience other seasons. Our timing was a little off because the ski parks are closed, it's not snowing, but there are no flowers/sakura yet. I would like to experience more.

A place to experience snow and a different architecture from the rest of Japan.
I was curious (still I am) about details in the history of this region that makes it quite different from other cities down south of Japan. The landscapes are excellent. People are polite and so kind towards foreigners/ non-japanese speakers. The overall impression made me really want to extend my stay there, or at least come back to revisit the place very soon.
I am not into skiing but this should be a great place for that activity, too.

The wet, cold, and windy March weather made outdoor exploration less enjoyable, especially with the dirty snow on public walkways. However, I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast hunting at Nijo Market and exploring the lively Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Although I didn't spend much time at Odori Park due to the harsh conditions, I believe Sapporo is worth spending at least three nights to fully experience its culinary delights, shopping, and sights.

Sapporo is very nice as its now winter.
Sapporo is very nice as its now winter. My family experience snowing for the 1st time especially at Otaru. The feeling of snow flakes coming down instead of the usual rain in other country. So many nice place to to go but we do not have much time. Will plan a longer trip next time. Will surely come back again for the fresh seafood.
The LOCATION was its prime asset. Especially in winter, this was the best thing about our choice for this booking. The Higashi Honganji-Mae tram station was right beside it making movement around Sapporo very convenient. Walking to Susukino area was also a breeze. There was a Family Mart right across and a bigger Dinner Bell grocery at the adjacent corner. The winter view from the 6th floor was beautiful. For the New Year, the Higashi Hongan-ji Temple right across the property was ideal for the traditional bell-ringing ceremony, Joya no kane.
The internet connection was really fast. The TV support YouTube and you can watch your home country's live programs, not limited to the Japanese channels that most Japanese hotels offer.
Another interesting TV function is that it can monitor the crowd in the hot spa for you. You can choose to visit it when it is not crowded.
The hotel location is good, exiting from the Sapporo JR station South exit, you walk towards Esta side, you can see Cross Hotel situated on a straight road in front. Walking 6-8 mins will reach the hotel.
Its design is modem both the lobby and the room which we like, the hotel location is superb and very convenient to travel around Sapporo & Odori Park is just across the road. We also like the Japanese breakfast that was served. But most of all, we would like to thank the quality of the hotel staffs first helping us with dinner reservation, taxi rides etc and we would especially like to thank Ms Sakura (front desk) for patiently assisting us with our needs. Loved our short stay there. It’s definitely a returner.
Reasonable location 10mins walk from Sapporo Central on the North Side - A little far out of the City Centre, (45mins walk) but easily reached by metro or taxi. Hotel is brand new, so as you would expect, very clean and fresh. Whilst rooms are not big by European standards, they are very well laid out and I have stayed in a couple of variations of them and they are all very practical. There is high stack parking at the rear of the hotel, though it can take some time to recover your car during busy times.
Good location - 5 minutes walk to subway. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room with nice view. Right next to a park that is enjoyable to walk around. Within walking distance to large selection of restaurants and shops. Bus to airport is only a few minutes away. Very reasonably pricee. I have stayed in more than 10 different hotels in Japan and I believe Sapporo Park hotel is one of the best I have been to. I will definitely choose it again when I visit Sapporo again.
The location was great got a good view of Odori Park. The room was spacious and very clean. There was space behind the door to hang some clothes and put my large luggage. The bed headboard had usb charging ports. The free wifi was good. The laundry room had the washer and dryer combo, there were English instructions, and my favorite part was you can set your own pincode to lock it so no one can take out your laundry.
It was great to travel around Sapporo and come back to the hotel.
Location is right beside jr station sapporo. But do note that taking the subway route to hotel, there would be a portion where ypubwould have to take the stairs. So with heavy luggages will be a little challenging. A way to mitigate is to go out up in the street level via the mall so u have eacalators, and then cross to the lobby entrace of the hotel all accessible via lift.
MUST TAKE THE BREAKFAST!!! International one is fine! Best!!! Pj is provided. Bathtub functional
The rooms was big and clean. All items will be labelled "sterilized" and that makes us very assured with their cleanliness.
Loves the big bathtup, and not to forget the big windows in the grand floor.
Great breakfast, lots of choices even for muslim (it is hard to find hotel breakfast menu that we can eat)
They also provide parking 1500yen per day. It is better to use their parking especially during the winter, more secure and safe.
We stayed 2 nights in Sapporo in this hotel on our return from Skiing holidays and were quite happy with the hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms were warm (travel in January) breakfast was ok (as much as it can be for those who prefers western food)
location is good and if now snowfall the hotel can be reached by feet in about 20 min
Modern hotel that has a very authentic feeling. We had a triple room so it was a nice size for us. The room and bathroom finishings are modern. The coin laundry is great too. It was close to the Odori Park which was easily accessible for Autumn Festival. The staff is really knowledgeable in terms of doing self-tours of Sapporo and Otoru.
The location is near to many eateries, there is a 7-Eleven across the road and a Family Mart within walking distance.
There's parking available on both sides of the hotel ( need to pay). Room is relatively big with a sitting area (sofa included). There is a washer cum dryer in the room. I got 2 rooms connected together. Good for family
Clean, minimalist design but comfortable and efficient. Onsen was good and location was excellent for shopping and dining. Was snowing a lot but the hotelnwasna quick dash across the road and into the underground walkway. We could walk to Daimaru, JR train station to airport, to Susukino for dining and Mitsukoshi all underground.
We are impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and with in-room amenities. Our booking comes with daily buffet breakfast which has a good spread of food. The views from the dining room on level 13 was great. It is conveniently located close to the Sapporo JR station and Odori Park.
Great location on the South side and close to Sapporo Central station. Hotel is new and very fresh, essential facilities for bison travel were excellent, parking at local provider with discount for Guests, Laundry, fridge in room and microwave/ vending facilities on Lobby floor if you don’t fancy eating out.
Bus from airport stops right outside the hotel. Free Sapporo beer on tap every night from 4 to 6. Large rooms. Breakfast comparable to that at Prince and Marriotts. Free shuttle bus to downtown shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful in arranging local travel and shopping. Nice view from room.
I loved staying at Solaria! this hotel is absolutely beautiful with great design, very good staff, comfortable rooms, and a great restaurant with superb breakfast. Its very close to the train station (5 min walk) but not right on a busy street- it is across from a serene in-city park.
Had a very lovely experienxe in this hotel. Very strategic location, spacious room, friendly staffs, and an unforgettable breakfast 😍😍😍.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo
10/10 perfection. Super spacious room, grand bath, nice decor with best design ideas I’ve ever experienced in Japan. Definitely gonna stay here again next time travel to Sapporo.
The location was great. We went to Sapporo for the snow festival and with the hotel being right on Odori park it was super easy to get anywhere from there.
The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location within short walking distance to Susukino and restaurants. It's across from KING XMHU Night Club.
