A busy small town. Walks from the town are not that easy to walk to or great. You need taxi or tours to get to all the sites around the town. The town itself is a typical small hill town, now spoiled by too much development. The main street has lots of tourist shops and restaurants touting for business. The food offerings are good and varied.
It is a small town, walkable but traffic through the town, which is constant, spoils any chance of a peaceful atmosphere. As like most Malaysian towns, pedestrian walkways or crossings are really needed but not built. Public toilet facilities poor. The town is no jewel in the crown of the highlands unfortunately.

Tanah Rata is the main centre for exploring the Cameron Highlands. The main activities are walking in the nearby rainforest trails and taking a tour up to look at the lovely tea plantations in the area and then up to the moss forests up in the mountains (about 2000 metres above sea level). Take good rainwear!

Tanah Rada has a quiet environment.
Tanah Rada has a quiet environment. There are some garden houses left over from the British colonial period in the town, as well as many holiday homes. The front and back of the house are planted with exotic flowers and trees, just like the British spring and summer scenery.

There are plenty of food outlets here so don't have to worry about getting food. The local mall, Cameron Fair is still not filled up. There are many empty lots there for rent etc... We enjoyed the local market near Zenith hotel.

The main city with all you need can be obtained and available. All kind of food available. Also at the central point of Cameron Highlands. You can arrange what activities you need from here with banking facilities around
We loved everything about this place! Norman is extremely amiable and helpful. He gave us a tour about the property and gave us some tips about what to do in the highlands. Our room was equipped with a mosquito repellent and mosquito screens in the window. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. There even was a little cleaning station where we could clean our clothes after hiking in the Cameron highlands. Hot and cold potable water available all the time.
Lovely quiet location but also not far at all from Tanah Rata town by car. Really enjoyed the large balcony - could sit there for hours with the cool breeze especially at night when the fairy lights lit up the place it was really beautiful. The place is very new and the furniture are all very comfortable. Also thankful that they allowed us to check out 1.5 late with no extra charges!
Toilet very clean n comfort
Water heater function very properly
Hotel location very strategic nearest shop food stall and others
At evening the surrounding temperature 18 celcius which is i feel like Cameron highland is relevant as same level as overseas.
All about is very satisfied and recommended to all visitors.
Thanks.
This accommodation is located in a Malay village in Cameron Highlands that is home to a few famous eateries. I love the garden. It was really well taken care of. The house itself is also very comfortable. The mattress is comfy. The place is clean.
Almost everything, the house is clean and the location is superb. The host is super helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed during our stay in Cameron Highland. It's definitely my number one choice for next visit to Cameron Highland.
This hotel was very nice and in a great location! The views were great and all staff (restaurant and front desk) were exceptional! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. Nicely appointed. Overall, a very nice stay!
The price is reasonable ,worth to stay as five star view resort in bugget holiday ..Good view of Cameron Highlands mountains given and very unique resort structure. Lastly friends resort owner Mr Louis Oui and the staff...
The staff is very nice, they give good information on cameron highland. The room is neat & tidy. Good natural lighting in the room as I got room at the corner end with 2 windows. It is basic but with good standard.
It was simple and clean. The booking for tours through Cameron highlands was easy and made it perfect since we were picked up directly at the hostel.
There are a lot of food options directly outside the hostel.
Great value for money, clean rooms (private room with bathroom), access to drinking water, tea/coffee, brilliant location for exploring the Cameron Highlands and super helpful staff at organising day trips etc.
The apartment was spacious and there are 3 rooms with 5 queen/king bed. The cookware and silverware was provided. The amenity was good and the place is close to hotspot around cameron highland.
