top location , just next to popular shopping mall imago, lots of smart features like extendable lightening and usbc wall cables, dyson hair drier, feet flush button for toilet, led mirror lights, beautiful LG smart TV with netflix + prime accounts, fancy tea cups and shiny golden spoons and sabah tea, comfortable bed, every day fresh towel service and lots of 2L waters. Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

What a charming place. We were warmly greeted as family and shown to a huge, spotless and magnificent room. Our host’s son in law is the chef who prepared a flawless Char koey tiaw, the essential local dish of noodles fresh bean sprouts and prawns, for our dinner, along with a delicious Lai chi kang, a fruity drink we’ve never sampled before, home made by our hostess. Our hosts took us out to a local Chinese breakfast place to eat like a local and everyone could not have been more congenial! There’s a lovely pool also. The place is a bit isolated outside of town, which makes it a quiet respite from the hubbub of Kota Baru. We had the best sleep of our trip here!

From rooms to hospitality everything was amazing. From the start of our booking the hospitality was impeccable. They offered us free breakfast every morning which wasn’t included in our booking and breakfast was so good. We were offered unlimited free drinks everyday which included alcohol and cocktails too. Rooms are very clean and spacious and Property is very well located with some really good restaurants on ground floor. The staff was so good.

AMAZING! Excellent service and great location. The hotel is lovely, and staying in it can be a relaxing experience. The team is nice and friendly. We were close to everywhere in KL, either by car or walking. The staff was amiable, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The sitting area by the pool is lovely and relaxing, regardless of the day's weather, and the staff there were very nice and helpful. Big Bonus: The Hotel always smells so good! It would've been nicer if the restaurant/bar/cafe offered late-night options, but there are delivery options that one can get if needed.
