Kutchan is a lovely city with friendly locals and widespread English proficiency, making communication easy. There are plenty of options for renting or purchasing snowboard gear, which is convenient for enthusiasts. Overall, I will definitely return to Kutchan.

Pod rooms are a place to sleep which is all I need. They feel private enough and the other guests were very respectful when there(occasional snorer) Facilities are clean with lockers and laundry, breakfast good. Thier own buses to and from resorts. A public bus right out front to Niseko or Kutchan. Grocery store right next door to save money on food.JJaredUnited States of America

Kitchen has everything you need. We didn't have the chance to meet the host but he replied our messages very fast. Washing machine and dryer available as well as detergent! There are many nice restaurants around the area. The room is clean and tidy, and spacious enough even for family of three like us (Two adults and One child). They also have free fans to use in case the room isn't cool enough for you. also a plus they have a restaurant inhouse for breakfast and dinner. Onsen is a super plus!

Niseko has changed a lot over the years with high end luxury hotels which really don’t belong in this once sleepy snow town. this is a family ran ski lodge with the most care and hospitality offered to guests. i’ve found my accommodation in niseko after visiting niseko for 15 years.
