It's on 6 floors. The room is really big since it's not my first time staying at this kind of traditional Japanese onsen Ryokan. 1. The check-in male staff is really professional and his English is one of the best during my stay in Japan. 2. The lady who was responsible for our room Yuki, was really helpful and completed every her mission perfectly from welcome tea to set up and serving our whole traditional Japanese dinner. 3. The rooftop is the best reason to stay here. You can see the whole of Fuji Mountain here. The day we checked in was clear but with some cloud on the tip of the mt. But on the day we checked out was really clear. 4. The shared onsen on the fourth floor is also awesome. There are all kinds of onsen and saunas. Even better with an outdoor one! I didn't go in the daytime but if you stay here please try it. 5. The shuttle bus is really helpful since most of our trains are after 3 pm. You can also use it when you checkout first, leave your bags here explore around and come back to take the shuttle bus back to the train station.

八海木花館位于忍野村，距离富士急高原乐园有10公里，提供免费自行车、免费私人停车位和花园。这家住宿距离河口湖约有14公里，距离富士山有29公里，距离箱根汤本站有46公里。这家日式旅馆配有热水浴池、客房服务以及免费WiFi。... 超好的體驗，基本上你只需要帶自己過去住就可以～所有東西一應俱全。雖然地理位置不是最方便，但絕對是觀賞富士山的好地方，住宿直接看到富士山，外面可拍到沒有人的富士山！如果你衝著富士山去河口湖的話，我覺得直接來入住就可以了。 食物好吃，招待非常棒！整棟都是自己的，有專人負責招待自己直到離開，真的超好體驗。

The host was very kind. He explained to us about the place and then served us tea and cookies in the room. A traditional Japanese hospitality experience exactly as we wanted. Excellent location near 2 restaurants that we really enjoyed.

The dinner we paid for additionally was awesome (a 6-course dinner). The breakfast was also very good. Everything was cooked by the host himself - Yoshi. He appeared to be a very nice guy. He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!

We came for the view which, from our room, exceeded expectations. We will come back because of the awesome staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. We stayed one night on our way from Tokyo to Kyoto by train. We ordered dinner the night of arrival and breakfast the next day. Both were delicious, traditional Japanese meals served with a spectacular view of Mt Fuji. Our waitress inquired where we were headed and recommended we consider an express bus to Mishima where we could get a bullet train to Kyoto. We agreed and before we knew it she had already made reservations for us! This saved us at least an hour and the misery of several train stops. Not fully evident from the property description is the supreme location of the hotel. As the name suggests, it’s near the lake, but also within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants and several shops. The hotel also offers shuttle service to and from the train station. If you are planning a stay in Kawaguchiko (which you should) and want to be pampered with the full Japanese experience, let Lakeside Hotel pamper you as they did our family.

Teiensaryo Yamanakako旅馆位于山中湖（Yamanakako），距离Fujikyu Asahioka Bus Terminal巴士总站只有2分钟的步行路程，拥有美丽的日式花园和覆盖免费Wifi的公共区。 旅馆的每间客房都配有榻榻米（草编）地板、传统蒲团寝具、平板电视、空调以及冰箱。客人可欣赏到花园美景。浴室和卫生间为共用设施。 Yamanakako... 尽管Booking上给了错误地址，但酒店老板还是不厌其烦的沟通并冒雨开车到指定地点接，而且办理了提前入住，感到很温暖。老板一家人都很好，酒店布置温馨，早餐和晚餐非常丰盛，味道好价格实惠。老板父亲拿出庭院图片一一介绍，总之性价比非常高，下次有机会还会入住。

Rakuyu日式旅馆位于宁静的富士山地区，俯瞰着风景如画的河口湖（Kawaguchi Lake），提供舒适的客房和天然温泉浴池。公共区提供免费Wi-Fi。 Rakuyu日式旅馆距离河口湖站（Kawaguchiko Station）有5分钟车程，提供免费接乘班车，距离颇具人气的Fuji-Q Highland游乐园有10分钟车程。... 1.雖然離車站有段距離，但早上和下午皆有接駁車接送，飯店很樂意接送，甚至吿訴我們在外遊盪要回飯店，也可以去車站接回飯店（只要是接駁服務時間）。 2.飯店餐廳因故暫停，但飯店提供外送餐廳和餐點資訊，我們點了pizza,非常好吃，推測飯店應是有篩選過餐廳。 3.飯店服務人員親切真誠，房間、大廳設備和擺飾細心溫馨（不勝枚舉），感受得到想給旅客美好的住宿體驗。
