Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to get a shuttle to/from the station that suited our timetable and also a ride to the doorway. The food was beautiful and delicious, we always looked forward to our meals. Great view of Mt Fuji and the location was very close to some great photo spots so you could roll out of bed to capture the sunrise over the mountain. Would highly recommend this place!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

Located in Oshino and only 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 八海 木花館 provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

Located in Fujikawaguchiko and only 1.5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, Ryokan Fuji Heights provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. A hot tub is available for guests. The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, with lots of knowledge of the local area, including the best spots to take photos of Fuji. He gave us complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in our room, and kindly offered to drive us to the station after we checked out. Traditional atmospheric ryokan (room had a cozy kotatsu).

Boasting mountain views, Private Hotel Rei features accommodation with terrace, around 7.1 km from Lake Kawaguchi. The owners were incredible and very welcoming, I had great chats with Yoshi throughout my stay and he was gracious enough to give me a ride to the main bus station on my check out day which was a great help! The private hot spring in the bathroom was amazing and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the food was incredible! The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel is also fantastic!

Located just a minute's walk from Kawaguchiko Lake, Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel offers accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko, near Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond our expectations and did all they could to make our stay as convenient as possible. The view of Fuji were amazing from our room. The location is also within walking distance of several restaurants and very close to the bus stop.

Boasting a beautiful Japanese garden, Teiensaryo Yamanakako is located just a 2-minute walk from Fujikyu Asahioka Bus Terminal in Yamanakako. Free WiFi access is available in the public area. Lovely, family-run accommodation on Lake Yamanaka. Rooms and facilities were comfortable, and the family staff were always accommodating, and quick to offer advice, assistance, and tips for our stay.

Situated just a 1-minute walk from picturesque Lake Kawaguchi, Ichifujiso is cosy accommodation with Japanese-style rooms and public baths. Meals feature fresh home-grown vegetables. we enjoyed our stay at kawaguchiko, the place is very worth the price and location! The place is run by an old couple, they are patient and welcoming to us and our requests. The hostel is located right beside lake kawaguchiko and a reasonable walk to kawaguchiko station. The interior is very traditional with tatami flooring and futons to sleep on, giving guests a local and organic experience. Overall, we recommend this place!

(Feels more like within 10mins)
