This is very unique place to have a relaxing time with family and friends. I enjoyed the breakfast and diner in hotel restaurant. I can say that the level of food is like an art. After you enjoyed the dining there, you will fall in love with this hotel. Enjoying the hot spring is also very special moments. Every staff is very friendly and kind to help the customers. I really enjoyed this hotel and I wish that I could come back to this place in someday. Thank you to all staffs.

El Yufuin Onsen Tsukanoma se encuentra en Yufu, a 1,9 km del Museo de la Motocicleta de Yufuin y a 2,4 km del lago Kinrinko, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado... The private onsen in the room was exceptional and the size of the room was way beyond. Great service.

El Assi se encuentra en Yufu, a 1,4 km del Museo de la Motocicleta de Yufuin y a 1,8 km del lago Kinrinko, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones y estacionamiento... Lovely place! Outstanding hospitality and breakfast, plus a quirky but nice cat who even comes with a separate user guide 🥰 very comfortable room that was clean and tastefully decorated (I got a western style room because that was the only one left, but the Japanese ones also looked beautiful). Washing facilities and restrooms also great. The Onsen and shower facilities are outside, the Onsen was nice but not very warm since the springs seem to be a bit cooler than elsewhere. Still okay and no problem booking it privately. Note: shower facilities are not available in winter, so you have to keep that in mind. Cat: quirky, chatty, adorable and playful but, as most cats are she has a mind of her own. Not a huge cuddle bug but peaceful and comes over eventually. I'll definitely come back next year!

The location and serenity were like none other. The staff was so kind and provided an incredible atmosphere. The food was 12/10, I would go back just to try more seasonal favorites.

I could write a novel about the excellence of Sanso Tensui and it's staff. From the moment we arrived at the train station and were welcomed, to seeing the property and being awe struck, to checking in and seeing our room, and everything in between, we were absolutely in love with Sanso Tensui and glad we decided to stay here. The onsen (private and public) are incredible. Many are near waterfalls or are immersed in nature. I spent many hours in the baths, or reading on the patio surrounded by nature. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The food was incredible, not just in taste but in presentation. I honestly am so overwhelmed with how incredible it was that I don't even know what else to write. All I can say, I wish I could stay there forever. It was the perfect way to relax, unwind and refresh my brain. I can't wait to come back.

El Kannawaen cuenta con jardín, terraza y bar y se encuentra en Beppu, a 100 metros de los Infiernos de Beppu y a 500 metros de Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. Excellent service and friendly staff. No problems communicating since there were English and Chinese speaking staff as well. Hot springs were nice. Clean rooms.
