The staff was particularly lively and helpful, even for Japanese standards! (which is saying a lot since they're generally very nice!). All the details were very thoughtfully prepared. The food was exquisite! Hard to believe it was all included, since the food alone could have been worth at least $100 in any gourmet restaurant at a big city. The flavors were indeed more than just traditional Japanese and went along with the mixture of influences that Nagasaki is known for. Every dish was explained by the friendly staff, who are evidently very passionate about their craft. The design of the rooms and the hotel are aesthetically and experientially magical. We enjoyed the private onsen in front of the beautiful seaview. They also have a public onsen! The hotel is 3 minutes away (walking) from the Obama Onsen Bus Stop, which is where any bus will drop you off from either Nagasaki or Isahaya Station, so even that comes in handy. 10/10

万松閣は対馬市にあります。禁煙の宿泊施設で、和多津美神社から35kmの場所にあります。 万松閣のお部屋にはそれぞれ専用バスルームが備わります。 この宿泊施設から最寄りの対馬空港まで12kmです。 The location was perfect with many shops in walking distance. The proprietor was very kind. The 3 breakfasts we got were different each day, authentic, and delicious. Room was cleaned everyday while we were out.

Boasting 4 indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Yuyado Unzen Shinyu is located a 30-minute drive from Shimabaragaiko Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available at public areas. スタッフのホスピタリティが高く、気持ちよく過ごせた。 施設は古いが趣があり、掃除は行き届いている。 子供連れや外国人客が少なかったので、浴場で大声やマナーが悪い客がいなかった。食事も量やバラエティが豊富で地場のものが自家製で使われていてとても美味しかった。

A visit to Nisshokan Bettei Koyotei is like a step back to gentle and easy days. Absolutely 1st rate staff made everything about my stay enjoyable and relaxing. It was obvious they prepared well, learned who we were and what we liked. I felt valued, pampered, and relaxed. There is no better location in Nagasaki. What a view!

The view from the open-air bath is almost as good as from Mount Inasayama. The hotel is about 3 km from Nagasaki Station, but we took a taxi, which was very reasonably priced. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Nagasaki.

I had a great time here! The room was huge and they provided a range of amenities. The bathroom was clean and well kept, and a fridge and kettle were provided in the room (a microwave was available outside the room). The coffee provided in the room was really nice! Location-wise it was close to transport and amenities as well as being easy to find.
