Staff service is amazing, feel like we are treated like VIPs. The outdoor onsen pool is very nice and plenty of privacy. Breakfast and Dinner are exquisite.

Boasting open-air hot spring baths and ocean views, Wakamatsu Hot Spring Resort is a 15-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station. Free parking is available on site. Magical place. Exceptional service and hospitality from staff. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful. We loved the private bath to enjoy as a family. The room was immaculate and the view amazing. 10 out of 10!

Hotel Kifu Hotel Shiretoko is a 10-minute drive from Shiretoko National Park, which is assigned as a UNESCO World Heritage. Our best stay in Japan so far. We stayed three nights and enjoyed exquisite breakfasts and dinner, each one of them different. Personnel on-site created a family environment and helped us with our limited proficiency in Japanese witht their mastery of English. The private spa was greatly appreciated. Excellent base to explore the region.

Offering affordable Japanese-style accommodations, Mimatsuso Ryokan is a 5-minute drive on the free shuttle from JR Asahikawa Train Station. They really go above and beyond here with their service to make you feel at home. They are always there to wish you a nice trip and always there to welcome you back. They brought us a cold tee and some snacks when it was hot and warm milk when it was cold. The attention to detail was insane. Breakfast was fantastic with slight variations every day.

A 2-minute walk from Jozankei Shako-mae bus stop, Grand Blissen Hotel Jozankei offers rooms with a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax in public hot-spring bath. private onsen in the room, best taste and fresh seafood, great staff, good lactation, best facilities especially shampoo made my hair more volume, love it

Everything was organised and so easy - the cost covered everything and we didn't have to worry about a thing once we checked in. Things were extremely easy and the hotel had great facilities. Overall, it was exceptional value for what we paid for, including the room, the private onsen, all the included meals and the hotel facility.

Featuring natural hot-spring baths and fresh Japanese meals, Kashoutei Hanaya Ryokan offers spacious rooms overlooking the Oyunuma River. This hotel is amazing! If you are interested in experiencing the traditional Japanese culture, definitely gonna go to check out. Even though the hotel itself turns out to be a little “small”, but it’s very delicate and decent. The staff are very nice and friendly to provide everything you need. Besides, the food is so delicious, be sure to have a taste of the delicious and delicate food! The hotel itself has shuttle bus travel back and forth of Noboribetsu station and the hotel, also you can take the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Jikoku Dali （Hell Valley）. Also, the staff would provide you a tourist map which could provide any information you need! This definitely gonna be the best hotel during my stay in Hokkaido!

Plenty of free parking. The socializing room with free drinks and free snacks is very nice. The Onsen is also much appreciated. There was even an easy to use printer to allow me to easily handle some business.
