This was a great location right by the hot spring river. The host was very friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful and delicious. We stayed multiple nights and it was easy to take busses to do day hikes from here. At the time of year we were here (April) we could hear frogs from our room at night.

Great hotel in a sleepy little town with a good breakfast. Across the road from a Yakitori restaurant and a cosy little bar (Tramp Bar). We did have some trouble finding the hotel as the address on booking.com mapped to a street a few blocks away. Look for the tall white building with the words ‘Bay Hotel’ on the top.

The room had a great ocean view, you could watch the sun setting by the beach. The room was very spacious for our family of 5. Separate bathroom and toilet was very convenient. The hot spring was awesome, very big with 2 levels. Free ice cream after a hot bath was very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast and dinner was very good, food was great & had lots of variety to choose from.
