A minimarket is available at the riad. I liked everything about the property, the location was very good, just a 5 minute walk from the Medina, but outside of the bustle, so it was very quiet. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and with a beautiful view of the blue city on their terrace. All in all a great stay and will be back.

Since the Google Maps location is a bit ambiguous, here are the directions: upon entering the Medina through Bab Tut, take the second street to the right (Ras Rkhama). (The first street to the right is the animal market.) From there, the Derb (cul-de-sac) Alui opens to the right. The riad is at the end of the derb, with the street number 32. Street names and numbers are well-marked.

The Riad is in the Medina really central. Mohammed and Farah made sure we knew how to move around in the Medina and gave nice recommendations. We definitely recommend and will be back when back in Tetouan!
