During the night we stayed there was no electricity and the generator was on until 23:00. We were in room 104 and the noise and fumes from the generator were really unpleasant. What about installing soundproof windows?

The shower did not have any hot water for two days, and the toilet did not work for a couple of days. Both were fixed.

I organised an airport pickup and it did not arrive. As a solo female travelled with no phone signal, this left me in a difficult situation. The exact same thing happened with a colleague, so I hope this can be fixed in the future. The food is hit and miss. The vegetarian and vegan options are very limited. In fact, the poke bowl is labelled on the menu as vegetarian, but it turned out to have chicken stock in it. This is not acceptable, especially when you do not eat certain meats or ingredients as a religious requirement or because of allergies. I hope this will be improved in the future as I would like to stay again.

The rooms and excellent, clean and spacious. The wifi is good. The staff are exceptional - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. It has a brilliant space to work and is accessible for the city.

Restaurant services were slow, more focused on private evening events they were having than the hotel guests. Food and drinks were okay. We decided to eat elsewhere after that. Hotel was crowded and noisy while we were there due to the private evening events they were hosting. Some party guests arrived early in the day and stayed till the evening taking pictures of themselves for social media posts. Not sure if party hosting is a regular thing at The Quorum. If it is , it is not a place to stay if you need peace and quiet. Called for spa services and they said they were booked till after the holidays, come to find out they were not booked, just avoiding work around the holidays.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Personal trainer in the gym was excellent. Had good tips on health and exercise. Just discovered by coincidence through another hotel guest. Hotel staff did not advise that they had a personal trainer in the gym to assist and give advice. Missed opportunity, would have taken advantage all the days I was there.

Accessing the rooftop was pricey for individuals staying in the hotel. I understand the price for outsiders but even those staying in the premises it was a little disappointing

The breakfast room is a little devoid of atmosphere as it's like eating in a conference room. When there is an outside function at the hotel the parking is taken by visitors and there aren't enough bays kept for guests, which was a little annoying. No outdoor swimming pool.

Great hotel, huge room with all the little things that make a stay more enjoyable, i.e. Nespresso machine, slippers, gown, good brand of shower and bathroom fittings. They have not scrimped on costs of creating a high end room with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The option to open a window with mesh for bugs is great as the aircon can be a little chilly, but necessary for the heat. Delicious breakfast that blows my mind every time I stay. Order off a menu and choices include Eggs Benedict, Belgium Waffles, pancakes with berry compote and fruit, and so many other incredible options. Nice gym downstairs with the majority of machines and weights to have a decent workout. I love staying at The Quorum.

Everyday hotel was changing the venue for breakfast. The changes of breakfast venue daily was frustrating. Its like Rubix Cube every morning. You never know which side (venue) you will get. Management could easily send message to rooms the night before to confirm venue.

Breakfast was good. Chef Cornelius can cook. Service from Grace, Elias, Kelvin and Lavender was outstanding and exemplary. I would come back just because of the staff.
