The accommodation is a wonderful charity based school with a possibility to volunteer. Edwin and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and willing to help with anything (transportation, groceries etc). The children from the village even helped us cook and do laundry. It was a great warm atmosphere and the project itself is so important. The room itself is not too big, but still comfortable and there was enough space for two people and our bag. There is a toilet and shower outside of the room and a kitchen with all the stuff we needed. If you help at the school, a great Zambian lunch will even be prepared for you! Edwin can also help you organize different tours. Overall, it was just a great authentic experience that I would recommend to anybody :)

The apartments are large with all that you need. Amazing team. Reasonably priced restaurant and bar. The property has all one needs. The people who assisted us with our tours were amazing. They went beyond what we were expecting (especially Ruth and Mr Phiri.). I know majority of Lusaka and surpunding areas now :-) They have backup during blackouts. This is definitely my home away from home now in Lusaka.

The property is beautiful with specious rooms and comfortable large beds which gives value for money. Cleanliness is top and beautiful garden The food were so delicious. Stuff and cleaners were friendly . Next time I go to livingstone I'll consider the facility

It is in the outskirts far from transport. There is no available masseuse. They outsource. If they can have their in-house therapist it will work to the advantage

Really nice staff, and safe place. Very flexible with all service. 15 min by taxi to city center😊 good with energy, and water😊 plus you got satellite TV and starlink wifi☺️

The beds were very small and old furniture. Pictures on booking.com is not what you get when checking in. Shower door was falling with dirty ceiling

The staff is very friendly. Loved the location of the property. Functional rooms. Loved the seating areas outside. Good price compared to other lodges

No card paymemt facilities. Taking out cash from ATM in town which only gives 100 notes is very cumbersome and expensive. Same breakfast everyday. No TV. No wi-fi backup during the 8 hour power outages.
