We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe place is very neglected. Upon arrival, the deluxe double bed room was not available. Another small room was given, with the air-conditioning was not 100%. The main door was not latching. All lights not working Lights went out twice. Mosquitoes and flies plentiful. Fixtures and fittings in bathroom terrible. Didn't have water in toilet. Had cold water baths No hangers in cupboard. Etc etc As for the childrens room. I booked a room with 3 three single beds online. They refused. Gave them a dingy room in one corner, far away from us No kettle No fridge No air-conditioning They can do better if they want. Will not refer to anyone else. Thanks so much

ZambiaThe dinner was bad too much oil in the fried fish. Also the furnisher needs to be repaired they are a danger. I could not even get to swim because the pool did not look well maintained. The environment is so dry as compared to what is posted on Google you need to edit the photos or change
The breakfast was below standard and you have to beg for it even if there is load shedding I believe hospitality industry use gas cookers to serve the guests efficiently with hot food. Most lodges and hotels i have been to they set the breakfast buffet so that as guests walk in they're served even the common chefing dishes did not have burners to keep food warm coming to the sausage they cut it in tiny pieces and it doesn't give appetite, I only had my breakfast the first morning

South AfricaAngela was helpful and made wonderful Breakfast though sometimes the breakfast took long . Place has too much flies everywhere which was disgusting. Swimming Pool was green , wifi and dstv wasnt paid therefore None of them were working for 7 hours .Tv was constantly changed while watching. Location is perfect though alot of work and staff training needs to be executed

EgyptThe receptionist told me upon check in they changed the booking completely even the price The lodge is 5 km away from Livingstone without any nearby services and it's isolated without landmark on the road I forced to go ahead with this place for 2 reasons I reached very late at evening and I don't have transportation I didn't find any nearby hotels So I continued my stay The receptionist was very bad attitude She told me a price in dollars despite of my booking was on kwacha No breakfast for my wife although the booking included breakfast for 2 persons No WiFi as included in the booking and I must pay extra charge for getting WiFi AC not working and I complained many times but they didn't fix it so the room temperature was very hot I booked a pool view room but they gave me back view room The breakfast was a scrambled egg only with tea without desert or water or juice or even salad I ordered food at 22 o'clock but they told me there is no cooking at night and because the place has no nearby markets or restaurant we slept without eating
