The third party company (Bushtracks)that provides shuttle & bookings for activities. They take advantage of tourists & overcharge them.

People are kind & the sunset boat cruise is very nice. Also the manager is very professional & pay attention to guest requests.

The arbitrary pricing for drinks and some of the food, yes it’s a tourist destination but it’s rather extortionate Throughout our stay the shower water was luke warm even after alerting the front desk Also requested a birthday package of cake and bubbly, requested a reasonably priced bottle but received a higher end bottle (being charged at club prices) Couldn’t return it in fear of ruining a special moment.

Location great on banks of the Zambezi. A few kms from the Falls. Understand from people we met that the closer hotels to Falls gets constant helicopter noise, so glad we picked this one. Power cuts in zambia but hotel has genny so that cut in a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good base to see everything in the area.

Loved the location and view from my room. The staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. Loved the fire pit at night. It was a nice opportunity to chat with other guests. Dinner was great, but I didn't have breakfast.

The hotel facilities are out of this world! Lovely day time beds to catch the Zambezi bank’s sun and hippo sounds . Thank you for the upgrade to the river view room. It was a lovely touch for our anniversary. To top it off the staff was really amazingly kind and helpful from the reception —Naomi to the restaurant Sharon, (just can’t remember all the names) and anyone you meet on the corridors.

Everything! The resort was relaxing, comfortable and luxurious. The pool, restaurant and bar were great and the staff was amazing! Set along the Zambezi river, this resort was just everything and more.

The staff at the restaurant needs more training. The plating technique, when buying from the ala carte menu, needs to match the standard of the property.

The Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-thunya Livingstone Resort is absolutely stunning! The property is well taken care of and has world-class facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were kept exceptionally clean (brillient attention to detail). We enjoyed everything about our visit. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was conveniently located within reasonable driving distance to the main attractions we were interested in exploring. We loved our room so much so, that while we were there, we recommended it to friends of ours who were scheduled to visit Zambia week after us and they immediately booked the same hotel and room that we had. We will definitely be visiting again.

Probably the best hotel experience I've had in a while. From the actual property, the facilities and the amazing service. My 13 year old son can't stop talking about our amazing stay. We are so excited to visit again. The staff literally go out of their way to make even the most difficult requests a reality.

Would recommend adding pizzas to the menu for easy eating, particularly if you're sharing and want something easy to eat whilst chilling at the pool or in-room dining.

From modern finishes to smooth check-in/out, every detail exceeded expectations. Breakfast buffet was extensive and catered for all dietary requirements and preferences. Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was delicious, with the chef accommodating dietary needs. The room was stunning, and turn-down service was a nice touch. Daily cleaning was top-notch with fresh towels. Room service was quick and tasty. I'd definitely return for another unforgettable experience!
