I booked for a room overlooking the swimming pool and was given something on the other side. I was told it not upto me the room I book and yet on your site you made me pay more for the room

The Lunch on Sunday was the problem. Whatever the case, the hotel needs to look into it.

Breakfast met our expectations at 3-star rate. We were mostly rate because of the early closure at 10:00 hours on a holiday or Sunday! The room was wonderful: clean, comfortable and spacious. the bathroom was well maintained. Dinner went well. Lunch was the downside of things as my wife got acute poisoning and suffered severe diarrhea. I almost had to drive her to hospital. Whatever it was, it was picked up in the hotel because we never ventured to eat out at all.

The night club on the next plot was very annoying. Why cant alcohol be ordered after 22h00? Room service should be able to provide beer and wine at the very least!

No room service - I had to go to the dining every time I needed to eat and the TV in my room was kind of too small for my eyes. I think a 50 inch TV would have been better for me.

The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear everything going on in the corridors. It's a bit disruptive.

It's a beautiful hotel, with a comfortable pool area and nice restaurant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are really spacious and the bed could not have been more comfortable!

Liked the surrounding, the greenery and the fish pond. The facilities are very clean.

The TV channels were rather limited. There could be a greater variety, considering the room rate of almost $1,000 for the 5 nights. The bar could be better stocked, especially on the range of wines available

The room still had the fresh paint smell, must admit we opted not to change it because we loved its location and view. However everyday around 7 am in the morning what sounded like a fire alarm would go off twice, interrupting our sleep. Additionally whilst the new bathrooms are nice, the tiles on the shower floor are very slippery ( lawsuit waiting to happen)

Breakfast spread was great and delicious. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the bar area as well as the range of beverages.

The pool wasn’t as clean but it was ok to swim in.

Ran out of Coke ZERO and every day i had to remind the waiters to save my coffee with Sweetners.

Beautiful garden area, lobby, bar and restaurant were very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and very attentive. Dinner buffet is a good value and quality of food was very good.

Nothing to mentioned at this time since not much focused on other physical things. And were not there with certain mindset & other expectorations/requirements like food, ambiance etc. Basically wanted to be close with nature/water & to feel them from inside instead of taking clips / shots through devices this time.

It was planned short stay during long weekend & after hectic/busy schedule at workplace / home Secondly wanted to enjoy Livingstone, water fall once again at different time period than earlier multiple visit & just to get relaxed & to recharge ourself mentally.
