The wifi is problematic and frustrating to disconnect all the time and will not automatically reconnect without logging in continuously.

It’s a quirky, large colonial building with plenty of charm and beautiful garden/swimming pool. The location is very convenient in town too. The staff is what makes this place special and the menu is exceptional. Nothing was too hard for the staff to support with and ensure you are taken care of.

The accomodation is priced very well. The hotel also includes a restaurant with very nice food that’s priced well. The staff is the friendliest around the area and they make sure that you’re well equipped with activities to do around the area.

Wi-Fi is a NIGHTMARE. Constantly flapping, with stupid authorization codes which expire every time you change the network. Ultra annoying.

Great location on the main street of the city. Spacious rooms, very outdated but clean and comfortable. Restaurant has an Indian menu which is delicious and prices are very fair. Breakfast is ok but not many healthy options. Staff is super friendly. What is surprising, they offer free shuttle from and to the border.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They really looked after us. Central location was great as we had easy access to the Livingstone museum and restaurants and only a short drive to Victoria Falls. It was very good value for money

The beds are so uncomfortable, we booked a family room and all the beds had thin sponges that drop all the way to the base of the bed, making it feel like you're sleeping directly on the hard base of the bed. Our neighbours also complained about the same issue. Breakfast was delicious, actually all their meals are nice. They could introduce some variation though with the buffet breakfast. Eating exactly the same thing for 4 days was starting to get to me.

I was blown away by the service & hospitality provided by the staff. From the front desk staff, cleaners, and waitors. So friendly, you can tell they are well trained. I have to specifically mention Dwayne and Mrs Shaick (if I remember her name). Dwayne made us feel welcome from the first day and he constantly checked on us, same with the lady, she was readily available to resolve any issues like a pro. They could, however, take the evening chef to the same training, looks like he missed it - very arrogant. Food was nice, whatever one ordered from the menu was really nice.

The nightclub is quite close. Can hear a lot of low frequency bass spreading at the property. And some drunken people behind the fence shouting.

The internet needs to be improved. The most complicated internet system. The big issue is the internet connection.

Central location, very big rooms, excellent breakfast, pick-up from the airport, and friendly staff. Most importantly my stay was comfortable thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Dwayne who also offers a free diner on the house. His hospitality was great and one of the many reasons I would recommend New Fairmount Hotel.

The building can use a little renovation and the issue with the Wi-Fi was a little bit of an inconvenience.

The place is situated at the right location if you are not a local, I enjoyed the food and the room was what I had expected, the place is comfortable and the room had an air conditioner that made it worth it.

Toilet paper quality needs improvement, no toilet spray. Consider different colour for couches, dark brown is uninviting. Change the wifi voucher system, it’s outdated and an inconvenience as it requires one to keep on logging in each time you don’t use a phone for 2 minutes.

We got a room upgrade which was very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and aircon working properly. Swimming pool also appreciated.

The breakfast options was an absolute mess. 2nd day was even worse, we had to wait for orders whilst the rest of the food got cold. Some options weren't on display eg bacon, baked beans 🤷🏿‍♀️ The pool was slimmy in some areas and the rod is coming loose on the right side( if you are standing in the pool facing room 410. The toilet paper didnt complement the rest of the hotel at all

The staff are the hotel's biggest asset. From check in until check out, we experienced a warm and pleasant atmosphere. They were not hesitant to answer our questions and were willing to go that extra mile to make our stay pleasurable. Dwayne was exceptional, and Florence and the rest of the restaurant staff were excellent. Also loved the big pool and the relaxing atmosphere under the pool umbrellas

Breakfast quality can be improved better. For example they serve only instant coffee, however putting there a coffee machinery which makes cappuccino, espresso etc would be great.

Pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is in heart of Livingstone and it takes 5 minutes by taxi getting Victoria Falls.
