The reception was a little slow to respond to requests but staff were generally helpful when requests were made.

The hotel was very beautiful and quiet. The staff were pleasant & helpful, rooms were also spacious and very comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again.

My favorite place in Lusaka. Spacious and dynamic. It’s vibrant but one can also ask to sleep on the quite side. The spa and restaurants are among the best in town.

Room 4 is close to the the bar and lounge area. Pretty noisy on the staircase and chatter. That didn't ruin my stay but will look to stay in a room. With less noise.

It's just such a beautiful hotel, both inside and outside. Very tastefully decorated. Tranquil garden with old trees. Very, very good food. Service impeccable.

Just a mismatch between the property and the staff. Apart from the security guard, who was super helpful the rest of the team don’t seem confident. Polite and friendly but lack that extra you expect.

Food prices are quite high.

The hotel is immaculately maintained. I went to the decently equipped gym and discovered a whole other beautiful side of the hotel I’d never come across. Love, love the decor, interior design and the calm neutral, brown/cream blue and green hues. Rooms spacious and very well fitted out. Also attentive eg I had both sides of the bed turned down on night 1, but this was changed to only one side turned down on nights 2 and 3, as I beleive they noticed that only one side had been slept on on the first night. Staff were efficient and friendly. Very quick to respond to asks.

Orders took a very long time to arrive, whether it was busy or not.

The decor is very beautiful, with art displayed everywhere and unique furniture pieces here and there. The staff was extremely helpful, making our stay very easy. They were all so kind, which I learned is a typical Zambian trait. Food was nice, rooms were heavenly.

Could have more vegetarian options on the lunch and dinner menus, it's a little lacking.

The breakfast buffet and breakfast al a carte are great, and the pools and gym are too! Staff are friendly and pleasant, this helps to put one at ease when solo travelling!

Standard of food seemed to have slipped a little. I even raised a query on my meal and was basically told that's how it is when it wasn't really up to the standards I'd expected. They didn't want to correct it efficiently. Breakfast all OK. I was a little put out to be told that despite the number of staff they had, they couldn't bring drinks an extra 20 yards to the other pool side. Little bit below par I think. Also our check in was delayed

It's a lovely place with all the facilities you could need. Definitely a destination spot within Lusaka

Great hotel - very cool decor, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere and comfortable rooms! We were there on a Friday night and there was live music in The Other Side (a members club in the hotel grounds) so we had dinner and drinks there and it was so much fun. We were worried the music might keep us awake but it was all done by 11pm and we had a very peaceful night's sleep. I also had a massage which was excellent, and the spa staff were very kind to fit me in on short notice. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Restaurant and bar service incredibly slow. Luckily we weren't in a rush, but would have enjoyed more drinks if it hadn't taken quite so long to be served! Disappointing that they have recently introduced extortionate laundry fees when this used to be a free service - US$5 each for a couple of pairs of underpants...?!?! Ridiculous!!

Stunning, comfortable and spacious room with luxurious ensuite bathroom. Fabulous shower. Tasty food. Beautiful establishment!
