Nice personal. Close to the airport and all attractions. Easy to travel to Zimbabwe, Botswana. Clean rooms, friendly people. Tasty breakfast which is prepared individually for travelers. Pool is always available. Not noisy outside. Vanessa is very-very nice lady. She helped us a lot.

Property is well cared for, Excellent Service by Gloria's team. We enjoyed the large refreshing pool. Rooms were cleaned daily. Facilitated our excursions which were top notch. Highly recommend Gloria's! Gloria's team took care of our laundry for a nominal cost. Gloria's daughter, Vanessa was helpful and recommended some very nice restaurants.

We love Gloria!!! Gloria, the host, went out of her way with everything: Kindness, service, support and, and, and ... , the accommodation is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the city center, it is within a beautiful, well-kept garden that provokes to calm down and relax even during rainy days, nice terrraces in front of every room. The team prepared good breakfast in front of the pool and helped with laundry. Dear Gloria: Thank you again very much for driving us to the bus station early in the morning and for sending a parcel to us to Lusaka. That was awesome!!! :-)

Gloria is a friendly and helpful host who can recommend plenty of local activities in Livingstone. The place is clean and comfortable. I was kindly offered a late check in which allowed me to do activities in the morning before going to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gloria's place :) We were warmly welcomed, offered juice with ice, which was very refreshing in the hot weather. The room was very clean, with hot water, air conditioning, and a mosquito net over the bed. The breakfast was good. Very friendly people who helped us with all our questions

The A/C in our room was a little noisy, but very effective - so not really a problem. Everything else was just about perfect!

A very comfortable place, with a very good breakfast and a nice pool, in an attractive garden. Gloria and her staff were welcoming and really helpful, going out of their way to help. The location is good in a quiet area about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Livingstone - and easy to find a taxi on the road outside. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We would thoroughly recommend it.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was clean, free of mosquitos (but still had nets just in case!), with a beautiful property and incredible hosts. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Quiet location about 1km from the main road in Livingstone. Friendly and helpful owner with friendly team. Nice English Breakfast. Clean room with plenty of hot water and AC worked well. Safe neighborhood.
