The reception of the hotel is being renovated - this made access to the room a bit difficult. Access to the hotel is difficult as it is situated on a one-way slipway off the highway. As renovation is ongoing and because of low season the hotel was almost empty.

The hotel is situated in very nice grounds, and has a magnificent swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money - perhaps the rate was held down by the ongoing renovation, but the facilities are all operational and good quality.

No spare power out;lets for computer etc. I had to take out the fridge plug and replace it with my computer one. A power board would have done the trick

The hotel is under renovation - and seems a bit deserted. Road access to the hotel is a bit difficult: one needs to make a U turn on the Eastern Highway to reach the slipway on which the hotel entrance is situated.

Delivers on expectations for a 4 star hotel for the cost of a 3 star. Spacious room, Wifi and all services work. Great swimming pool. Nice gardens. Staff very helpful. Secure private parking.

My concerns were addressed and sorted out by the management so in the end I was satisfied with the way in which my complaint was handled. The facilities are in a major renovation project. The first day the internet was down as it was being changed over. The floor which I was staying on had construction going on the entire day. Mostly it was rewiring and pulling electric and cables but as well I came back to find a wheelbarrow in the hallway with cement. The second day I returned from breakfast and found my bedroom door wide open with about 5 construction workers in the hallway. Apparently the staff cleaned the room and then left it open. I do not know for how long but it was very unsettling! to know your belongings were exposed and anyone could have gone through your room. I immediately complained and asked to be moved to a room where they were not doing construction on the floor and they moved me to another area. Immediately I unpacked my things, started to try and relax and the sound of a drill reverberated in the entire hallway. The guy was just doing his job which was to put new door handles on all the doors on that entire floor. I went to the manager and said that was completely unacceptable and I needed a new room in a different area or I wanted my refund for the place. It took quite awhile to sort out a new room and then additionally more time to sort out getting a key for the door after I was initially told just to tell them when I want to leave and they will come to lock and unlock the door for me. The manager understood the situation and was very apologetic and in the end I was satisfied with the solution. So I would still recommend the hotel, however when construction work is effecting the hotel it needs to be VERY CLEAR with the websites and emails BEFORE the customer arrives.

I liked the space, and all the garden area and the swimming pool. The breakfast was very nice and eating on the verandah was very pleasant.

When i initially checked in after 15h00, the room was not made up and ready. Fortunately, there were other rooms available. Make sure that you call reception before arriving to confirm the readiness of the rooms

There rooms in the flats are very big and comfortable. The breakfast is really good and included in the price. Pricing of the stay is very reasonable. Very close to the airport Ample and safe parking Good working aircon Large pool to cool off during the heat of the day.

Very nice facilities, the pool was however green which wasn't very inviting as its a great size to swim in. Waiters need to be a little more attentive we had to keep calling them for assistance.

The food from the menu is really good, my partner and i thoroughly enjoyed. Comfortable and clean room.
