Power cut off on aircon average 2 times every night. I understand its a nation problem but the hotel should have reserved generator to avoid disruption Breakfast menu can be improved.

The power cuts were annoying, especially with the back-up system beeping all the time. In the room, the light switches were confusing and it took me some time to understand how they work.

The hotel is extremely convenient for a short-stay tourist: breakfast is excellent, room is very clean and the staff are super helpful.

Nothing bad!

The hotel is easily accessible and located close to most main services you would need within Lusaka. The breakfast was really nice, ready, and available from 6 am to 10 am. The room cleanliness is of a great standard, thanks to the very professional and talented housekeeping team.

Lights are on a timer i think..went off when I was still in the shower, again while making tea..not very nice to be in a dark room. Bed was little hard..I prefer a softer mattress. Woke up at around 3am because of dogs barking. No slippers and bathrobes available.

Very nice, friendly staff, nice room(upgraded from King room to Executive), awesome breakfast selection, beautiful restaurant, pool looked nice, nice towels, 2 bottles of complimentary water, tea and coffee station, good bedding, nice pillows, 2 chairs to relax.

The hotel customer service initially tried to hike the rate I got when i made the booking, but after calling them the issue was quickly and very professionally resolved and they honoured rate I recieved during reservation.

Booked this place for my parents and they loved it. The location was ideal, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the pictures on the booking sites do not do this hotel any justice. Check in and check out was a breeze, and they had a wonderful stay. My parents got a free room upgrade too!

We found the beds quite hard but that is personal preference and I think we both slept fairly well

We only spent an afternoon and night at this hotel. Staff were very helpful. We had a pleasant meal in the evening. As our flight left Lusaka early in the morning we were provided with a grab and go breakfast

Breakfast is okay but would suggest better varieties. Include potatoes into your breakfast instead of with indian style menu.

In the food area, Meat products were not halal, if the hotel could look into this it can serve a wide population.

Very nice staff, maybe even too helpful, because they are usually very formal in European hotels. I was very flattered by the opportunity to stay in the hotel rooms until the plane took off in the evening, which is very human approach to customers. The area has a great swimming pool, protected from direct sunlight, which allows you to cool off from the hot sun.

Location is great. Food is great. The chicken tikka pizza from Zuba Bar was the best I’ve had. The staff were all warm and friendly. Fridah was a superstar in making sure I was comfortable and got value for money.

Even though the hotel was lovely , I still had a distance to the places I wanted to go as I was on my own .

I recently stayed 2 nights. The hotel was clean and all the facilities were great - pool, gym etc. Breakfast was fantastic and the bar was nice to chill in the evening. Geat location 10 minutes walk to Levi mall. I will definitely stay again if I decide to go back to Lusaka in the future. Oh, all the members of staff including front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were super friendly always smiling.
