We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe hotel is very central to the town and they were extremely accommodating to our last-minute booking request after our flight was cancelled. Restaurant and food was really nice and enjoyed the pool looking out to the harbour/Iririki island. Our room was generously sized and clean and we were really happy with the portacot that they provided for our child. Staff were all very friendly and attentive

The location, the staff were amazing very friendly. The pool area was great, but they did cut up the tiles on put 2nd last day, stopping us from using the pool. That okay, but if it was our 1st day??? Hope they would of let guest know this.

The first impression from the entry foyer is one of elegant grandeur. There is a view from every room’s balcony. Yet it is private from the room next door. The harbour is busy so very tranquil to look out and see people going about their lives. Staff are prompt to respond to your needs and love to have a laugh.

AustraliaI didn’t like that you were allowed to smoke in the casino, but that’s maybe because I’m from Australia and don’t find it normal.
The staff were beautiful! So close to everything so be weary of the noise of the construction and traffic. The elevators had an odd smell and it was really hot. Loved the room’s view and strong aircon though.

The location was fabulous - right in the centre - ability to walk most places. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable bed and lovely view out over the water. The staff at the front desk were wonderful - so friendly and helpful.

AustraliaSome flowers in the room would have been nice. We went to the market to buy our own. The bath tub wouldn’t empty. There was renovations happening that we weren’t told about prior to booking. There is no footpath out the front meaning you have to walk on the road with cars to exit the hotel. Some more vegan meals without dairy would also be good. The cleaner didn’t change our sheets but made our beds back up with sand in them. There was a loud ship parked out on the water which made it less peaceful.
The staff were so lovely and went beyond to chat to us and be friendly! The food was yummy in the hotel. The hotel was clean. The views were lovely.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. and location (near the markets with gorgeous water views) was perfect. There was a reasonable pool and meals were good.

United StatesThe ongoing renovations really weren’t a negative because of the way they were handled. Once completed this hotel will be really nice. Hotels need to do this work.
Great bayside location. Clean and comfortable room. Wonderful bay view balcony and view. It’s going through a major renovation in but the work didn’t interfere with our stay. The front desk staff were so friendly. The restaurant staff were very nice. I have lots more positive things to say.

The breakfasts were very good , and well prepared. The hotel is well located . On previous trips we have had unfortunate experiences with aggressive greedy cab drivers and wanted a central location. The Grande provides that. Unfortunately, some of the other food was average at best , and disappointing, given the pricing . The quality of the meat especially, was inconsistent eg . Often the beef steaks was chewy and unpalatable. The chicken was satisfactory. Desserts were good . I have been a visitor to Vanuatu since the mid 1980’s and it produces excellent beef, sadly, not on this visit. The excellent views of the harbour were wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. Some rooms were being upgraded while we were there but did not affect our stay. Rooms were comfortable and had a great breakfast. They were able to give us a slightly later checkout which was much appreciated.
