Fun, Funky boutique hotel with great views and incredible friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and restaurant are great.

We only stayed one night and really enjoyed ourselves. We were glad we did not have a car to park. We were only there on a Monday so did not get to try the restaurant.

The property is so inviting with many levels, nooks, and crannies to enjoy, even on a rainy evening. Our room which was upgraded was lovely and had a wonderful view of the harbor. We had a nice early morning walk in the town and soaked in the hot tub. Breakfast was a generous and stylishly presented continental breakfast. Hot coffee, warm doughnuts, fresh fruit and yogurt were delivered to the room in a darling picnic basket. We were offered a yoga class near the pool in view of the harbor and were so glad we accepted the invitation. Relaxing and stretching in the morning sun guide by a great instructor was such a nice way to begin our vacation.

Had requested an early check in but weren’t able to check in until after 4pm. A lot of time waiting around. Would be better if they told us up front. Or suggested another room that would be ready sooner. Restaurant was closed for dinner, but fortunately the staff recommended a great restaurant which was a short walk away.

Really cool architecture built on the hill overlooking the city and the bay.

I do wish they incorporated local cuisine on the menu. I wish vegan options for the breakfast were offered. I did ask for that accommodation but it seemed like no options were on hand. My trip was short, so that did not allow much time for vegan yogurt options to be procured. Some of the fruits served at breakfast were sour.

Loved this hotel! It looked exactly like the pictures online. The views of the city from the hotel were breathtaking! I loved the colors, the decor, the amenities. It felt like luxury in nature and city life altogether.

Breakfast- bagel and cream cheese, black coffee and orange of apple daily.it was good but some variety would have been nice I.e. jam, milk, croissants, would have been nice mix it up daily..variety can be key here..maybe even a juice!!

Rooms were great, views were on point, something going on most days at the hotel, friendly staff, good vibes, cocktails were nice as was the food.staff were great

The location is good, but you really need to know which entrance to come in - if you come in the bottom entrance with luggage, you have a lot of stairs to navigate. Once in, the views are great. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast basket is cute - may need to add better coffee service.

The only downside is that the main entrance of the hotel is not Assesible for wheelchairs, older people who may use walking canes or people who have trouble with balance. There's A LOT of stairs. If I could make any recommendations to address this I would say to book your taxi to & from the airport and during your stay directly with the resort as opposed to using an outside service who will leave you down the hill from the front entrance.

The location was A1. In the heart of everything! Great food, nightlife and shopping. The breakfast in the a.m was a cute touch as well. The staff were all very friendly and offered great suggestions about things in the area. I loved how quiet, clean and quaint the resort was and the views were amazing

I must have missed the memo about the upper gate till day 2. It was a lifesaver.

The beauty and service was spectacular.. but omg those stairs and hill up to the lower gate. They are no joke!

I had not noticed the info about how many steps there are to this property. Had I noticed there being lots of steps, I likely would have missed just how great this property is. I am 71 years old and do not do dozens and dozens of steps at almost any cost, but this was worth it.

Jessica at the front desk was amazing and sincerely wanted everything to be perfect for our stay. I own several businesses and would be honored to have her work in any of them. The property was very special and memorable.

This gem of a new hotel is an absolute stand out in St. Thomas. The staff is amazing and all the little touches around the property make it a little oasis of paradise! I’d encourage anyone looking for a great escape and great hospitality to book here :)

Too many steps. No one to help with baggage pick up in the morning. I didnt know that there was no one at the desk after hours until I checked my emails the following day. Didnt like AppTV . Didnt like that restaurant was not open for breakfast. Some of the cushions on the furniture looked a little worn. My room didnt have somewhere to rest my suitcase except for the floor. Complementary water was not available in the room nor offered.

I liked the boutique concept of the property and the view.

As a person trying to stay away from big chains, this was disappointing. These people tried to scam me out of almost $3000 for a room that was never going to be used. I spent hours on the phone trying to cancel ahead of time. They were not only non responsive to me but also to Booking. Good luck.

The property was up a hill and taxis were hard to catch. Also staff messed my reservation up so I d fed up moving to another hotel and they still charged me for the night. They didn't cart about my comfort only about keeping my money.

The property was still undergoing some improvements which was ok; It just would have been a little nicer for the staff to be a little more informative of this situation.

It was cool that they bring breakfast around in a little picnic basket. The location is pretty good, the property has really great views of Charlotte Amalie.

The stairs and the climb up the hill made it unavailable to taxis !

It was very aesthetically pleasing. The front desk was very nice. They texted to make sure we were ok and the breakfast was nice!
