Roosters waking us at 4:30-5:00 am, but that was also kind of charming.

The condo/suite we stayed in was amazing: large, well-appointed, full kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed, spectacular views.

Some of the staff were not very nice and gave us wrong information. However, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was absolutely amazing. The view was magnificent. We loved the restaurant and the beach. The kids had fun snorkeling.

The shower pressure was weak and we barely had hot water for our showers. The whole week, not one of us could take a shower unless it was cold. For people who tend to be cold in AC, this was a let down.

Personally you can’t beat the location. It is by everything. I thought the restaurants were very nice and food was great. We stayed on the mountain top suite and the view was fantastic

Everything was hilly because of terrain of the location.but is the nature of virgin island .St Thomas and other island around are the same but it was worth it . US virgin island is quite expensive to stay . So make sure you have a budget.

The AC in our unit wasn't cooling enough in the room. I realized one of the glass shudders was broken and didn't completely close, causing the room to over heat even with the AC on. The gentleman at the towel station on our last day was not personable at all. I said "Good morning" and "Thank you" with no one word from him, he was to busy on his phone. Very unprofessional!

The property has great views, a clean sandy beach, and calm ocean waters for snorkeling. The property grounds are well maintained and some updates have been made since our first visit to the resort 5 years ago. The room was out dated (this was the same room we had 5 years ago) and could use a refresh of decor, some patching of broken tile in the shower and patching of other areas in the unit etc. The price is steep for the room but the view definitely could make up for it. The bed was made and fresh towels were delivered daily. Along with trash removal!

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was amazing as well as their customer service.

Close to beach! Great bar, good food. This was a little hidden gem and we had a wonderful time.

The Sunset Grille - it’s supposed to be fine dining but the service is awful. Our (tepid) main course was plonked down immediately after our starter plates were taken away, leaving no time between courses. Clearly the mains were ready far too early and had been standing out. Immediately after our mains we were brought the cheque when we didn’t even ask for it! Plus the waitress had forgotten to bring a drink we had ordered. Very disappointing. It also wasn’t just our waitress; all the waitresses at the sunset grille seemed to be disinterested and entitled. We also felt the prices were unjustifiably high

Lovely beach, deck chairs and nice bar. The informal restaurant (not the sunset grille) was nice and the pizza was nice.

Some. Of the staff appeared be inconsiderate and in willing to help me at times . in particularly some of the female staff members working the desk. Often I had questions and know one attempted to answer. One female staff told me all we really offer is the room.

The service is extremely subpar for a $700 per night stay. The room is acceptable, but some things didn’t work properly—there were issues with the AC and the lights. The tv had confusing controls and the streaming service didn’t really work. The hot tub by pool was consistently lukewarm. The staff seemed to be content to do the bare minimum, which isn’t ok if you charge premium prices

They have a very nice beach, but that is all. The facility is old and run down. The staff were unprofessional, rude and inattentive. The price for the resort is too high for the service quality that they provide. We only stayed 1 night and would not return, would not recommend.

The mattress was too soft for us, and the shower drain was extremely slow (and was not fixed during our stay). Not that it was in anyone's control, but roosters were quite loud before dawn! :)

All meals were delicious! The servers were also very friendly. Rooms were cleaned well once a day--even dishes that we had left in the sink! The views were perfect, and the pool was a beautiful, quiet break from the beach.

People. Service. Lying hotel staff. Isolation. Very bitter locals, basically like anywhere on Virgin Islands (both British and US). Not worth visiting, pure loss of time, effort and money! Value is non-existent. I think it is the worst place I have ever visited in my life and I simply cannot isolate the hotel from the prevailing atmosphere. If you are into beaches like myself, you’ll find way better ones anywhere else in Central America and Caribbean.

It was a dump. Part of the complex was under construction. No one told us and we were placed in a building that was being renovated. Bad electrical wiring (hazardous), overflowing toilet, no tv in the master bedroom, bugs on kitchen counter, blinds in sitting and master bedroom were broken, and the list goes on.

Both restaurants were excellent.

Nothing....everything was amazing!

This resort was very clean, comfortable and the decor was cheery and tropical. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the ladies at the front desk gave heplful info on things to do and how to get there. The view from our room was gorrrgeous!!! All in all, it was a great stay and we can't wait to go back again!!

I'm not a fan of the half glass in the shower. It lets a draft in and let's water splash out.

When we got there we showed up at 10pm because our flight was delayed. Not only did they upgrade our room but they kept the restaurant open long enough so we could grab some food before we went to our room.
