breakfast was great! However the check in staff did not have records of our included breakfast. And they did n't tell us the location that was included in our breakfast. We would have dined differently had we known the difference between the locations for meals included.

Well this is pretty small - but more beach towels should be available. If you didn't get a towel by 1 or 2pm, the beach staff in sheds were not able to provide any. when we arrived in the afternoon, we had no beach towels. but I figured it out early on and would get an extra for the evening swims.

The welcoming front staff person Adele was professional and friendly. The water view from my room was nice. The property is dated but my room was clean and comfortable. Fish tacos were good!

The only thing I did not like was the very loud bar music. The stairwell rug needs to be replaced.

I did not like the runaround they gave us.We reserved a two bedroom villa for 8 people. And they gave us two one-bedroom hotel rooms with a sofa bed.

No beach at resort! The price is outrageous considering you have only 2 pools .. Restaurant food could be better… barely warm, fruit was not ripe at all. Wait to long for ride to room & the walk is almost impossible.

Only few employees were friendly and helpful. Others not so much, we didn’t feel much welcomed there. They do apply 20% auto gratuity on everything ,to go or dine in, good service or bad, doesn’t matter. Just keep that in mind.

Checking was fast and efficient The place needs serious renovations tho, outside grounds look like a junk yard. In room (305) The AC which is on the ground is inadequate and just blows under the bed making the already small space feeling humid and cluster. Huge gaps under the door and in other parts of the apartment produced a none stop swarm of mosquitoes which we had to constantly kill throughout the day and night, that led to limited sleep and reluctants in chilling out inside.the final metal steps leading up to the apartment had alota rust, heavier guest should be caucious..The little shop inside the front office was convenient for small snacks and drinks if you didn't feel like going on the road but the restaurant side of it wasn't during our stay.. Even tho its a budget apartment conveniently situated close to alot of stuff it needs a major face lift.
