Yes I knew the pool wasn’t in service because of Hurricane Maria. But if they got that fixed that would have be the icing on the cake. But I already knew this but we were so busy that it was ok

We had such a great time. I surprised my husband by not telling him that we had to get on and off the island where the hotel was located by boat. 24 hours service. He loved it! So yes the hotel is on an island off St.Croix main island lol Ok so the minute we got there check in was easy despite our flight being delayed so we got there about 8 pm. Our room was on the 3rd floor toward the back. Just want to say the minute we walked in the AC was on, the room was cool and fresh the room smelled wonderful everything was clean I didn’t see any bugs at all throughout our stay. Everything Worked microwave they had a toaster oven television AC hot water and a fridge, everything everything worked. We had a balcony looking out to the beautiful water, we cannot complain about anything, everything was just the bed was comfortable everything was really good. The staff were very sweet and pleasant. Location was perfect. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner on the main island. And you have your on private beach on the cay. And most of all very reasonable.. Oh And a tiki bar too

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't use the balcony as much because the second I opened the door iguanas would come rushing toward us. It would've been nice if the pool was open but not a big deal since we were right on the beach!

We did not receive any breakfast but the location was great! The view was amazing and the hotel was close to everything we needed!

Place needs renovation. Pool didn't work. Upstairs neighbor sliding door was so loud when opening.

Location is great. Loved rhe beach on rhe cay and rhe boat ride back and forth to christenstead.

Would have been nice to have water in the pools. They had a blue color, so that helped.

The views from this hotel are magnificent. Went back for a Fire show with a huge buffet. Excellent! Going back, and will spend more time on their great beach + bar.

I Loved the lady who checked me in.. I called her a million times before my stay(she probly got annoyed with me) but was super helpful over the phone. When i got there she heard my voice and said Sarah right? I was like yes thats me.!!!!!.. she was so sweet helpful and her customer service was ON POINT...!!! ALL THE OTHER STAFF WERE SO GENTLE AND SWEET TO ME AND WITH MY CHILDREN WHO I HAD WITH ME 4 VERY active human beings... All accommodations were made for me and my family before arriving. It was perfect having the beach on site it was perfect having access to the pool it was perfect having ajoining rooms for me and my family it was the perfect little getaway and I loved it so much...

I didnt like that this wonderful hotel has not had an upgrade in decor to rooms and facility.

The bed was the terrible,the towels smelled.The pictures online of the rooms is nothing compared to what they are in person,They need to update the pictures.The pictures are from when they just opened.

This by far the worst hotel I ever stayed the staff are rude, the overnight ferry captain have no hospitality, front desk staff does nothing helpful no towels! The phone don’t work, back door is broken and the ac leaks all this was reported and yet management did nothing

The rooms were very outdated with what looked like mold on the ceiling. The railings on the balcony were iron rusted which didn’t feel safe to me. We had to hold the microwave cord on the wall for the microwave to work. The toaster/coffee maker was rusted. No parking if you rent a car. You have to park on the streets that is if you can find a parking space. Front Office closes at 8pm. You have to hunt the ferry man for emergency. The location is the only great thing because you have the beach access right outside and you’re in the heart of the boardwalk if you want something to eat or drink. The ferry ride is fun too. Overall the place has great potential just need execution especially for the price they are charging.

There was no hot water. We did not have television access except for like 5 working channels. The rest of the channels were stuck on the same image during our whole stay.

The outdoor decor need some work. Walk. Between ferry and hotel lobby was bit dark.

A nice hotel on the beach. If you enjoy beach then this the right hotel. they have a bar and restaurant at the beach with limited menu. But one can go to boardwalk for different food. Rooms were clean and they have utensils and cutlery. Don’t expect a fancy room. But it has everything you need. Swimming pool was not working. Which will be nice to have.

Location was amazing - only hotel right in Christiansted with its own beach (and beach bar + BBQ). Food and drinks on the beach were amazing. Friendly and helpful staff guided us where we wanted to go.

It desperately needs upgrades, there is no working drink machine, no elevators (we were on the 3rd floor with no help lugging bags), no pool. Rooms were horribly muggy. Outside is unkept, beach equipment is raggedy and torn, refrigerator is rusted.

The positives were the ferry, location, view, pleasant staff, having a beach there, and bar with food.

The building was completely out dated . The sliding doors didn’t lock. Sand in one of our beds. They charge and electricity fee but you can’t turn the ac below 85. The room felt muggy and warm.

Location was convenient.
