The parking wasn't ideal if you had a rental car, best to be picked up from Mr Nice Guy car service. Superb service.

I liked that it was a 6 min walk from the airport. Aside from that, it was cute to come back from exploring and chill.

Not much parking space, gates close at 11pm and the customer service was not very good. Only nice people where the Front desk guy on Saturday and the nice lady at the pool bar on Sunday. The old white man on the pool bar looks like had some white powder before his shift.

it’s definitely time for an upgrade carpet in the downstairs lobby to second floor needs to be removed had some smells that were not great

Room connecting doors wouldn’t open. Sliding doors would barely open. Restaurant overpriced.

The bathroom is pretty small. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. There was an ice bucket in the room, but we never found an ice machine.

The staff is very friendly. The entire facility is very clean. The food at the restaurant is pretty good. There is a nice beach nearby. The view from our balcony was amazing.

I arrived early and inquired about an early check-in and the woman at the front desk that afternoon initially ignored me and then was very unpleasant. However, that wasn't a deal breaker, it was the mouse in my room which was terrifying. The man working the front desk that night was very kind and accommodating and helped me switch rooms; however, in all my years of travelling this was the first time I have ever experienced a mouse in a hotel. The amenities also felt run-down and shabby for the price.

The proximity to the airport is very convenient if you have an early morning flight as it is a quick five minute walk.

Almost two months ago, I asked for the invoice and still, nobody give me an answer. They sent me a confuse information where you don't understand how many people or how many nights they are charging you.

The rooms could use a refresh!

"Reefer" the bartender was great! She took great care of us and even had a pizza delivered to us because the kitchen was closed.

TV service poor. Most of channels had little to no reception. Not good considering private homes can get better reception. No ice dispenser, had to walk to next building, inconvenient especially at night. Hotel walk up only, not for older guests or large and or heavy luggage. No beach access Support post in middle of room, Too close to one of beds.

Comfortable. Needed a place close to the airport while waiting for flight not departing till 2 days later. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was very helpful. Original room was on 2nd floor but large duffel bag difficult to navigate stairs so room changed one on 1st floor. Nice pool. Close to Brewer's beach

The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so no chance of food , you will need to walk 10-15 min to nearest restaurant or take a taki. Hotel is old and from the rooms you can hear everything that happens in the hallway and in your neighbors room . Tv is old with just 5 chanel's working .

Staff does have a negative vibe. No drinking water provided!! You have to buy it at the bar. They say not to drink the tap water but for $200 a night they can't provide some drinking water with the room? The bartender reluctantly let me exchange my free rum punch drink ticket for a small bottle of water. No beach access, but I expected that. Walk 10 minutes snd enjoy Lindbergh bay beach and restaurant at Emerald, where I had a really amazing breakfast and the best coffee I've ever tasted.

Like other reviewers there are a lot of little things to complain about this property. It looks like some sections are possibly still damaged from the hurricane. I found the ambiance around my room quiet and scenic, with a lovely view of the bay and foliage and really pleasant to sit on the little outdoor deck. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtains. Warning - if you plug your phone into the bathroom outlet, mine only charged while the bathroom light was on.

There was suppose to be a free shuttle into town, but no longer exists . The propriety was a bit run down , it needed help.

Grounds& pool in disrepair. Safe did not work & unable to fix. Light bulbs missing.

Outdated. The breakfast restaurant was closed on our departure day. Overrall service can be improved even if it is a 3 star hotel I don't expect staff to sit or lie down in the lobby's sofa. However, I must say, the lady, who was working at the FD the night we arrived, exceed my expectations to help me with a request (the hairdryer wasnt working).

Inside they had a bunch of patch jobs on the walls and ceiling and safe didn't work and air-conditioning leaked water all on the floor. Bathroom was super small

Nonchalant staff. One room had fridge, other didn’t and would have been nice. Loud/bad music at bar- restaurant kept us off in one corner.

Our room definitely was NOT updated as claimed in hotel description. Major water stains on ceiling, messy collection of broken a/c parts just outside window. Room was located right next to lobby and supply room, and it was noisy enough to warrant earplugs. The staff’s friendliness and helpfulness made up for some of the shortcomings.
