We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Trinidad and TobagoThe room looked fancier in the pictures. There were two instances when we showered with cold water. There was also a major issue with mosquitoes in the room that lead to discomfort via bites and itching.
The location and ocean sites and sounds. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The decor was cute! We felt somewhat at home by the end of our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, right on the water, but the staff are the true gems. Pleasant, helpful and resourceful, they have an excellent team. The on site restaurant serves delicious food and there is a mini mart as well. The room was welcoming, kept clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here whether you are on business or vacation with family.

United StatesThe pictures online are very outdated. The hotel needs a lot of renovations as a lot of the fixtures are rusted. They try to make up by combining some “sort of new stuff” with the existing ones, but you can tell that the hotel needs more renovating.

GermanyHuge Beach Bar party till almost 2am with extremely loud music-could not hear myself think. So loud even with all doors and windows closed. Pool and pool area was filthy. Pool pumps did not appear to be running, so no filtration.

BarbadosThe food and restaurant staff were polite but had no knowledge about anything. Took long time to be acknowledged. Returned to my table. First to find out what I wanted, in three different occasion had to ask for placemats, then utensils, then napkins. It was all in all terrible at the restaurant. Staff needs training in serving, needs cheap who can present food. All in all poor restaurant service. Staff are polite but training in table service etc . Needed. Tables dockside were never clean on any of my occasions eating there.
