The room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent: within walking distance to the train and bus stations, and just a 5-minute walk to the city center. The hotel staff, a team of young, dedicated, and friendly individuals, were always willing to help with a smile. They assisted us with everything and more. Breakfast was delicious, and our 3-night stay was made incredibly better thanks to this amazing team. Highly recommend!

Keep in mind weekends can be noisy as people liked to stay on the benches close to the hotel and listen to loud music. I didn’t mind much but someone might.

Spotlessly clean - room was made up and cleaned every day. Location was very good- walking distance to the old city, just two minutes walking to some amazing restaurants. The room had a book prepared by the staff with suggestions and they were some great suggestions that we followed, were very satisfied by it. The hall of the hotel was also entrance to one of the most beautiful cafeteria in Ljubljana. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given a goodbye gift upon checking out of the hotel, we were surprised.

As the entrances of the rooms are next to each other, you might hear the doorbell sound and neighbours' voices sometimes. (Probably because of the lights and the doorbell, etc., you can adjust with the electric panel, and they're outside and inside the room. So, including me, perhaps it might cause a little confusion, just in the beginning) (I apologise if I annoyed the neighbouring guests by touching the ringbell panel a few times )

Less than a 10min walk to the central and less than 15min walk to the central station, Very pretty dreamy flowery entrance with the cafe, Welcome cookies were delicious, The room was larger than expected, High ceiling, Beautiful romantic colour interiors and lights, The shower and toilet are separated in a glass box and can be hidden by the curtain, A kettle and fridge with hot drink mugs and cold water cups, Comfortable beds and pillows, A book exchange shelf :) Staffs are very wonderful and friendly! They gave me bottles of Slovenian craft soda and Pyran salt as a bye-bye gift!!! I left my belongings on the bed. One of them was that I have kept for more than 15 years. I asked them if they could find them, and they immediately responded and found them. I also asked them if they could send them to Denmark, and they kindly accepted my request, and quickly sent them to me. It seems like all members of the hotel team are sincerely kind and caring to guests, and I had a positive and cheering impression of the hotel during my stay till now as well. Thank you for Center Ljubljana and the team for your kindness and positivity!!!!!!!!!! I'll definitely come back to you when I come to Ljubljana next time!!!! Hvala!!!!

Even though I had informed them about my arrival time and I was 30min late on top of that, my room was not ready. The reception was not aware of this and I found out about it when I went upstairs myself after I had checked-in (check-in after 15:00). The breakfast is not an open buffet but you order for it. At times, it took a lot of time to be served as the dishes are more brunch-like and 'stylish'. Only one small elevator (the staircase takes you outside of the building in the backyard and not directly to the lobby/reception). No Slovenian channels on TV and only CNN for English. A bit pricey.

Clean and quiet room. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff that gave suggestions and tips for the city. A very nice touch was the farewell small gift they offered me. Very modern decoration and facilities (e.g. no traditional light switches but touch ones instead).

The room is too small. We didn't like the bathroom concept with glass walls and no real door just curtains so you don't have privacy at all. Both pipes in the bathroom were broken, it gets a little messy when you shower and wash your hands, but at least everything was clean and the water was hot. The building is really old and you can hear people walking in the room nextdoor or at the hallway.

Location is perfect, just 5 min walking distance from Presern square. Rooms were clean, and the noise isolation is great, our room had a street view but when the window is closed you can't hear the traffic at all. The breakfast was really good and at a affordable price, no limit on quantity of food and drinks. Also the hotel staff was really so nice and hospitable, we also got a little "thank you for staying with us" present at check out.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Short walking distance to everywhere that is important to see as a tourist (bus/trainstation, old town, castle etc). The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, a perfect start to the day. Also the staff of the hotel was super nice!! We came super early before the check-in time and they managed to get us a room. And thank you for going the extra mile for us and getting us back from the street ;)

The room was just fine. The breakfast was outstanding- a great selection of dishes to choose from and what we chose was beautifully prepared. The breakfast was not included in our particular booking but we were able to purchase it at a very reasonable price. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the train/bus station and also close to the main centre. We would definitely choose this hotel again.
