The stay was excellent. I booked for two nights and came back for another two towards the end of our trip, and the staff already prepared all documents for check- in. The room was perfect, and there was water, fruits and chocolate as a welcome. I got upgraded for one night, which was not expected. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. Some friends stayed in Hyatt at the same time, but I recommend the Wyndham.

The fridge in the room was almost not cooling. Nobody helped with the bags and baby seat upstairs, when we just arrived. Food is expensive and highly priced. No kids menu, or at least i didn’t see it

My package wasn’t including of breakfast but when I asked them they charge 18$ per person but it’s expensive you can go out there are loots of great places nearby cheaper and better with some nice views.

Perhaps the pictures are a bit deceptive and the hotel isn't as modern as it looks. Some small things that need improving: general decor in the room as it is dated, the bed mattresses were so hard and for me, uncomfortable, and the room we had was a bit small but workable. A small, trivial complaint: the revolving door had to be the fastest in the world, you can't have a suitcase and two people in there. Maybe slow it down.

Outdoor pool was very clean, along with the majority of the hotel. The bathroom was very big and the staff were very helpful. Also, having an ATM in reception is very useful as Tashkent for many will be the first port of call. In all, a good hotel. One big highlight was the ENORMOUS breakfast options, one of the best I've ever had. Very impressive and very tasty with local dishes. Location also very good, 10 mins walk to Amir Temur square and the metro stop there.

Breakfast: The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Room: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Location: The hotel's location was convenient and central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Service: The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Their English is good which is quite useful for me as i don't know Uzbek and Russian languages at all. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings and exploring city. Facilities: The hotel had impressive facilities, such as a gym, swimming pool, and spa, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

the rooms were a bit small and the breakfast was not that exciting (still, a very typical hotel continental breakfast, but lacked some oomph to it). decor, of course, is quite outdated.

the location is perfect. there was AC in the room, which was nice. the staff are super nice and friendly, always helped when i needed a hand or to print something. overall, a typical old style hotel with everything that you need.

The airconditioning was not properly working in the whole hotel, it was mainly too hot. My room facing towards southeast was almost as hot as without airconditioning - even at night. unfortunately the two pools (indoor and outdoor) were closed due to Corona regulations.
