Few things for this list: - mosquito nets. One was broken and had a tissue in the hole. The other two were not closing properly, leaving a gap. Bathroom one was worse then the bedroom one. So we were grateful for the mosquito repellent device :) - the room is equipped with AC but there was no remote control for it. I guess we needed to ask for it but that's not the point. Remote control should have been there. Unless is broken in which case we should have been informed prior receiving the room keys. - staines on the walls and doors, few dead mosquitos on the walls and dusty spider nets. I think the stain could have been washed out and understand that unable to paint the room often but even the dead mosquitos could have been washed out most likely. However, my thumbs down for the dusty spider nets. Those shouldn't be there in a 4 stars hotel.

Really nice size of the studio flat. With mosquito nets on the windows, comfortable bed and nice size balcony. Room was provided with a mosquito repellent device. Shower is small but no problems with hot water and it has good pressure. Clean towels. Kitchen pretty well equipped with cutleries, plates, pots, glasses, 2 cups for coffee, microwave, small electric hob, a good size fridge / freezer. There is no kettle but there is a coffee pot for the hob. There is no kitchen towel and we only found 4 napkins available. But we improvised :-) There is a Kaufland not far away from the hotel where you can easily buy stuff. Walls seemed well insulated noise cancelling wise. I have a light sleep and easily awaken if there are noises around which it didn't happen on our stay. And also parking spaces available in the car park located just in front of the hotel. Possible enought to cover all the rooms.

That we had no lift but we knew it from the beginning anyway.

We did enjoy the big bedrooms and confortable beds. Having the last floor penthouse gave us some nice views as well.

Rooms were not available until after 17:00 due to shortage of housekeepers.

Nice little hotel with ample parking lots, rooms are clean and very spacious.

The apartment seemed very neglected. Some things are falling apart (e.g. shower door, coat hanger), the fridge didn't work, overall the place should be repaired, because it lacks maintenance completely.

Staff was kind, helped with luggage and whatever we needed. Good location, big private parking space in front of the building. The apartment on the top floor is very spacious, the terrace was amazing, perfect for our group of 6. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a pleasant experience.

The AC system seemed a bit off as you need to pay to raise the temperature and the shower had some weird method of working, but other than that and some marks on the walls we found everything to be working and looking well enough!

The room was very big and we've got the necessities that we needed. The location is perfect too as it is in between the center and the Kaufland, to top it of it looks like it used to be an apartment block that was made into a hotel with a great and understanding staff. Overall we had a great stay and reccomend this place if you plan to visit Hunedoara!

I was cold, there was only a very thin duvet as thin as a blanket and I was cold over night. The heating is switching off over night - this didn’t help. I was told the temperature in the room can be increased only if I pay £6 extra per night. Also, there was only one thin pillow per person. I needed an extra pillow and I was told I can’t have one.

Everything, broken furniture, dust everywhere, mosquitos everywhere, AC didn't work, central heating under lock even tho they consider themselves a 4 star hotel l! STAY AWAY!

Nothing, a complete mess. AC didn't work when it was over 30C outside, hot/cold water was non existant for a few hours. Fridge didn't work. Thermostat for the central heating was kept under a lock and set to 20 degrees. If you want to turn the heating up its an extra charge of 10 lei per 1 Celsius. Stay away from this mess of a hotel. Rooms are dirty and not maintained, dust everywhere, mosquitos everywhere. I had to leave early as they didn't deliver the conditions advertised and they refused to give me my money back, or at least some of the money back. I will report this to ANPC as well as they are scaming people of they're hard earned money!

The remote controls for the airconditioner were at the reception, had to go down 4 times to find the working ones. Fifth floor no elevator. Wifi was not working. The fridge was not working. There is no bathtub, replaced it with a shower. Furnitures are not as in pictures, replaced with worn out ones. After reclamation, they promised a refund, but never transferred. Do not recommend at all.

Two of the three bedrooms were infected with bed bugs. My kids got dozens of bites by the morning. The main bathroom was stinking. The fridge was not working properly.

The apartman was spacious. It had a very nince rooftop balkony.

Great room, very big and spaciuos. The recaption was very helpful and pointed us to the nearst pub area wich was a walking 9 min from the hotel.
