the hotel seems a little old.

the hotel location is very good there was a big bazar walking distance from the hotel and I could reach many places from that location as well. the hotel was clean and the stuff are professional. the room was very clean and had two restrooms, one with shower and the other without a shower. the breakfast was amazing and had lot of local food varieties which was very delicious.

The air conditioning in the room isn't the best and so rooms are quite warm, even with the fan on the coolest setting. The beds are also quite firm. I didn't have the best sleep whilst staying here.

The hotel is in a good location and is very functional for a business trip. The breakfast offers a good choice and the gym is also very nice. The staff were always fast to assist whenever I needed anything. They also have a better level of English compared with places I've stayed in Uzbekistan in the past.

The decor is tired. Windows are small, I have never seen such small windows. Tub baths should make way for shower stalls. The packed breakfast given was a dry sandwich apple, banana and tetra pack juice at a price which can pay for fine dining in Tashkent’s best restaurants.

Nothing for tourists nearby, though an easy walk to the metro.

Great selection of food at breakfast, including eggs cooked to order. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, both of a good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the nearest metro station.

Could use a design refresh and the coffee shop is very expensive, but really no major complaints overall. Not charming, but more than gets the job done otherwise - mostly a business hotel, but we knew that going in.

Clean, comfortable and large rooms, and everything worked as expected which was not always our experience in the country. We recieved a free room upgrade. Staff was helpful in general and in particular with booking transport, having a good system either to organise a cheap yandex or a more expensive transfer. Extensive, good quality buffet breakfast. Nice pool and related facilities.

Perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast (even regarding vegan choice), nice breakfast room. Big swimming pool and hot sauna. I also enjoyed hotel restaurant- delicious spaghetti napolitana and carrot juice, nice sitting inside or outside watching the city life :) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. TV wasn’t working when I had just checked in, but the receptionist sent a fixing man and it was dealt with within minutes, although some major news channels where still not available, but I had no time for tv anyway. I was kindly given extra 2 hours for a late check out.

The room was very small, even for 2 people. The windows are tiny with ceiling being very low. The towel and bathrobe condition was very bad (see picture).

I paid for 5 nights including breakfast, however, last morning BF was not included and I did not eat it. This is very bad.
