Not that I don’t like but just to mention to help improve it. The AC was not cooling properly, even set to the maximum. Just a suggestion to use a curtain atleast that can cover the entire window/door to make the room darker specially early in the morning where it was too bright already while your still in sleepy mode. The shower head was positioned half so it was adding diffiulty, you have to slightly kneel down otherwise by holding it.

The facility was okay. It was clean and has available amenities. Beds were fine it was comfortable. The breakfast was good, it has variety of choices. The location is great not so distant to the tourist places. (We booked taxis via yandex app of all the places we visit) not expensive. They were accommodating as well, they checked as in even arriving in the place around 4AM. P

Very dated, old place. The chairs were extremely dirty, impossible to sit on them. No restaurant service at all (except for breakfast) in an area with basically almost no restaurants around. Breakfast was very poor, with very little choice. For this price you can get much better.

Rate/Quality does no match, for the price i have paid, i could find better rooms. The television is old big tube televisions, no youtube, not even some channels. There is no plug nearby the bed.

This hotel is very old & hence one can imagine the bottlenecks of it's physical condition. The breakfast available was of poor quality and not much choices were available.

It is generally a good hotel & metro station is just 500 metre away, if opted for public transport.

Staff didn't speak English at all. Some were friendly, others not so much. We couldn't communicate with any staff member. No kettle or fridge in room.

Shodlik Palace was a great hotel. A good breakfast was offered. Rooms were adequate, with a nice balcony with good views. All a bit dated and run down, but ok. Hot showers. Close to many little eateries and mini marts. Half an hour walk into the city. Close to the river walk. 20mins from airport by taxi. 10 mins to train station.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with the choice. Could also walk to the city center in about 15 minutes. The city center park is an amazing place. There was kind of a mix up when we left some expensive shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Being the husband I said oh well what are ya gonna do, LOL? My wife called and a very nice man named Amal said he would grab it. We went by the next day and no one could find it. Also there was money left for the very nice woman who cleaned our room. A very polite woman called my wife to try and solve this problem. I just wanted ice cream. Amal called my wife the next day and said no, he was not on shift so no one knew where it was AND said we forgot some money. We got the shampoo, the cleaning woman got her tip and all was right with the world. The reason I tell this story is because not only is the whole staff very nice they have integrity. The breakfast provided every morning was way above anything I expected. I never did get my ice cream.
