Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. It was a great location and food was very good at the restaurant where we had both breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff was also very helpful. Arranged PCR test at the hotel and gave us late checkout. It is a bit expensive considering it’s in Uzbekistan but it was worth it.

United StatesGreat place to stay as it is close to all of the major attractions in the city. The rooms are super clean and have air conditioning. They also serve breakfast which was always tasty. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating. They even let me stay into the afternoon on my last day because I had a late train tickets. Would highly recommend staying here!

SpainGreat facilities, staff needs improvement. We asked for a taxi to be booked for the night because we had to go to the station and when the time came nobody was there. The guy who was at the reception desk at that time was very reluctant to help us. Nobody knew anything about our taxi. Fortunately we were on margin so he called us a taxi on the spot and we were able to get there on time.
