The housekeeping staff did not speak or understand English which made it difficult to communicate. They were quite rude and unhelpful. Refused to give us another luggage stand for some reason and did not entertain any requests. There was food of the previous people staying in our room fridge upon arrival and it was only cleaned after we created a noise. The phone in the rooms did not work and they were very unhelpful about it. Overall I feel the housekeeping staff and hygiene could have been better.

The location was fabulous and property was very accessible, they had 24/7 free coffee and a fridge to purchase beverages. There was lots to eat around the area and a supermarket, moneychanger and public transport close by. Nicola at the front desk was very very sweet and helpful. She spoke English and gave us all the necessary info and travel tips to make our holiday enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was in a prime spot and at night when the window was closed it was dead quiet. The shampoos and body lotion smelled amazing and my bed and the 4 pillows to choose from were so comfortable.

A little disappointed with the size of the room and lack of wardrobe \ drawers. Nowhere to put your clothes or luggage.

Location was great, really close to the bus and tram and metro stops. Hotel was very clean, not just the room and bathroom but the cleaners were there everyday cleaning the stairs the handrails, everything!. A good selection for breakfast which caters for many different nationalities, so you may not find everything to your taste but there is more than enough to choose from. Really nice fresh made free coffee in the lobby. Norbert on the evening / nights was very helpful and has a nice sense of humour, If you check out early there is a free room where you can put your luggage in a locker.

Noisy outside of the room with it being a popular area for food and drink which created noise until 2 am most mornings. However with windows closed this was greatly reduced.

Excellent location and a good sized room and bed - although we had been given a room upgrade. Breakfast was excellent and really set you up for the day.

Location was very good you can walk nearly every turist atraction, shopping areas and the restourants. Reaching public transportation is very closed and easy. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, We were happy to stayed there.

Location is very excellent. Located at the heart of Budapest. If one uses the 100E bus located right outside of the airport to stop at Budapest centre, same bus stops a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Awesome staff.

Fantastic location, so close to everything on the Pest side of the Danube. It’s surrounded by an array of cafes, bars, supermarkets and restaurants so it’s extremely convenient. The tourist information centre is also literally 2 minutes walk away so pick up your red bus tickets here. This hotel is the perfect place if you want to stroll around the city. If you like the nightlife, the ruin bars are just around the corner! The hotel room was wonderful. Spacious, clean and very relaxing - and comfy beds!!

My toothbrush was put below the sink by the housekeeping, presumably while cleaning the cups. This was not the most hygenic thing to do obviously. Otherwise, it is quite noisy if you open the window, but that's due to the central position if the hotel in the city.

At the entrance to the hotel, there are several stairs to the reception and the elevators, which should be a problem for elderly people or people with disabilities. In any case the staff offered their help.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did everything to fulfill our requests. The location of the hotel could not be better. It is located a few steps from Deak Square which is a central junction for public transport in Budapest.

Very good location especially when using public transportation. Bus 100E takes you to/from the airport to just a few steps away from the hotel. The entrance to all metro lines nearby at Deak Square or the entrance almost in front of the hotel on Karoly u. was a great plus to get around in town when you only have a few days. Staff was very helpful in making reservations and providing information. Rooms were bright and clean. A lot of variety for breakfast, with fresh fruit, lots of pastry, freshly baked bread, pancakes.... We also enjoyed lunch located at the same Madach square at the Francia Pekseg Bistro! We will book this hotel again in the future!

Had to always ask for an extra towel the next day .. after they cleaned they took the dirty towels and didn’t replace with new once’s .. the room I first got was a bit small but after I spoke to the reception they gave me a bigger room .

Everything about the hotel was perfect! Staff were super friendly upon arrival & throughout our stay. Bed was very comfortable, room very clean & was also the option to be cleaned everyday, water, tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel was provided in the room which is a lovely touch. Location was absolutely perfect! Felt very safe at night and there was a lot nearby or within walking distance, the airport bus drops you off about 2 min walk away. Would definitely come back to stay again!
