Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomHonestly it was a great place. A small shelf to unpack my clothes onto would have been nice, but at the price I paid for that location, I can hardly complain.
Perfect location right by Tamerlane's mausoleum. My room was small but quite comfortable, and the manager really felt like a friend by the time I left. Breakfast is large and good.

The location. It's right next to the Amir Temur Mausoleum, and just a short 15 minutes walk to Registan Square. It's owned by a lovely family. I came during the New Year period and the host was so kind they sent me a plate of Plov on the night of 31st! This is too cute 🥺 This property is great if you're travelling solo or on a budget. I wouldn't recommend a family to stay here though as the room is small.
