Elevator starts from First floor. If you have more and Big luggage then you have to carry it till first floor by stairs.

Breakfast was good. Near to Bologna train station. If you have luggage then take Elevator on Bologna station.

Stairs!! If you have trouble climbing stairs there is an elevator but only after climbing a flight and a half. Also would have preferred more vegetarian options at breakfast

Just the room needs refurbishment a bit. The equipment is old and not well maintained (e.g. chrome on faucets or wall paintings).

When I consider my covid related price still OK, if I look to the current prices, highly overpriced. The room was basic, same as the breakfast. It was possible to see that it is a cheap. I had the worst croissant I ever had in Italy. The room was small and very basic, but still sufficient.

Breakfast. Plenty of choice, and unlimited but not the best quality food. Coffee from a machine wasn't the best. Bread, low quality. Croissants were good though. 👍

First when I get there I didnt get any information about breakfast. Next morning when I asked where I can find it, the woman answered pretty rudely way it is first floor. Like I shouldn't even ask it.

Receptionists were not the friendliest but it's not like they were rude, just seemed like they didn't want to talk to anyone but this is not a deal-breaker. Could hear loud noises almost every night from inside and outside of hotel. Room was very basic.

Location was close to metro and supermaket(s). Value for money. The breakfast was great. Super clean. AC worked well.

There is a lift but in order to take it you need to go up one floor with the stairs and this can be uncomfortable for carrying the luggages The quality of the food for the breakfast could be improved

For that kind of price I am expecting a much bigger room. This one was really modest in size. Maybe the price has to do something with the fact that I booked just 2-3 days before arriving, but still...

Staff was good, they answered all of my questions. You can use the storage room before the check-in and after the check-out to leave the luggage. The location was good, right next to the metro and 10 min walking distance to Tiburtina bus station

in all it was good we stay for 2 nights location is good near to metro you can go anywhere you want in Rome the only thing if you have heavy bags it will be hard because the elevator is on first floor you have to take it one floor by yourself in stairs. 😊

I booked this hotel 2 times before and the staff was great, this time though they weren’t. The air conditioner was broken and they refused to fix it or change the room saying there were no rooms available even though on booking they had many rooms available. One of them was nice enough to listen to us and gave us a new room, while the others (and the manager) dismissed my dad 3 times. The hotel also smelled bad. It was disappointing enough to ruin the past experiences as well.

The staff could have been a little more friendly. On my first day I asked the receptionist if she knew any good restaurants nearby, and she said no.

The breakfast wasn't bad. I would have liked it better if there were more fruits, and cheese. And one day I was a little late for breakfast, and there was almost nothing more to eat (the plates were not refilled).

Rooms are simply too small. You cannot open suitcase. Those rooms are for one person not two. Breakfast was super basic. I would not come back because of the size of the room
