Smoke in room. It was a nonsmoking room but someone from another room was smoking and could smell it in our room.

Not being able to pay with a different card on check in and having to find cash. The stench of Marijuana all over the place and in the elevator. The attitude of the housekeeper on Saturday afternoon.

There wasn’t a breakfast, but I did appreciate the coffee before leaving for an excellent breakfast at the Bluebonnet Cafe. As for noise, at times the neighboring room was a bit noisy, but not for long periods of time. I also really appreciated the Front Desk Clerk working to find us a room for an early check-in.

Our fridge didn't work. Not many great TV channels to choose from. Tossed and turned on the mattresses. The tub didn't have any slip resistance padding in it. My elderly dad could have slipped. Only one rail near the front of tub. Ice machine on our floor did not work.

I enjoyed the view from my room and the fact that we could use carts to transport our luggage with the help of an elevator.

The lobby reeks of smoke although posted signs clearly indicate it is a smoke-free facility. After parking we came in the side door as indicated, which has no security at all and can simply be pulled open from the outside. The elevator to the 4th floor still isn't working ( I had seen that on a previous review before booking). Because of that, I opted for the 3rd floor, & that hallway absolutely reeks, a mixture of smoke & urine.

We didn't arrive until 11:30pm but the front desk clerk welcomed me by name & was very friendly & professional. The room itself was clean, smelled fairly fresh, the a/c worked great, & the mattress was comfortable enough.

Well like others have complained. No hot water in the shower. Tried running water for 20 min only to get cool water.

We thought the place was what we expected. Nothing fancy but a place to lay our head for a night.

The room had smell of smoke; towels, sheets were thin, rough; we didn't have instructions about the TV so we had a channel that wasn't connected to cable, kept turning off or blocking out. Had to call front desk twice. Party at the pool, too many people to relax for a dip after a very hot day.

Bathroom was clean and the shower had water warm. AC was efficient. Coffee was good and appreciated but no liquid creamer. Staff was attentive n polite.

Poor security as back entrance did not lock. Lots of noise from other guests at all hours of the night...doors closing, walking around, loud noises above like moving furniture! Room quite tight and some things missing upon check-in but were quickly corrected.

Staff was quick to resolve any issues. Daily check by housekeeping. Did see police patrol the parking lot early in the morning.

Hotel is not well kept. The walls are dirty. The carpet is full of stains. The bedding and towels had stains. Our room and bathroom looked like it was just spot cleaned, not thoroughly sanitized.

Outside doors to the property are not locked. Anyone can walk in at any time. I had parked just below my room and my car alarm want off within 30 minutes of my stay. I looked outside to see someone trying to get into my car.
